Looking for one of the best Studio condominiums in the Village at Breckenridge? Then our Studio remodel is for you! Redesigned with the luxury traveler in mind, we spared no expense. Take advantage of the amazing in town location and amenities for which the Village at Breckenridge is known.

The Studio offers great views of Town from one of the top floors (6 of 7) of the building.

Relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa or at the bar. Enjoy your favorite programs and movies on the flat screen TV and DVD player. The condo offers complimentary wireless internet.

We are proud to offer a King Sized Bed. It required moving walls to upgrade (which is why so few studio units in the Village have a king bed), but being able to offer a King Bed made it worth it.

Enjoy a full kitchen with slab granite, stainless appliances, and all essential cooking utensils. The bathroom offers more of what you love - slab granite, brand new tile and beautiful glass bowl sinks.

In addition to the amazing location of the Village at Breckenridge, the complex offers a fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, and hot tubs. There is no extra charge for these amenities.

Be sure to check out one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Taddeos. It is on the plaza level and offers great views of Maggie pond and the Ski Area.

Insider's Tip for renting at the Village at Breckenridge - for your satisfaction be sure to rent a remodeled condominium. Condominiums are individually owned and the quality varies greatly. Make sure that you see pictures of the EXACT condo you are renting before you book your reservation. This unit was rated a premium, top ranking condominium by independent assessments from both the Home Owners Association and Vail Resorts.

About Mark Roberts

As a long time local with hospitality experience at the Village at Breckenridge, I am a great resource for you. I moved to Breck from San Francisco. My plan was to spend a ski season. I have been here for over 10 years! I am now very involved with the mountain lifestyle and Breckenridge community. Yes...that's me in the picture hosting our annual July 4th Main Street post parade party at the Colorado Mountain Real Estate office.

I understand all the planning that goes into a memorable mountain vacation. I am happy to be your point person in Breckenridge not only renting our studio condominium, but my favorite places to go out in town or places to rental gear.

Location is great! It is right at the end of the main street where all the restaurants and shops are, so we could walk everywhere. Free parking pass in the summer, we did have some troubles finding a parking spots especially on the weekends. No AC in the room, so we had to keep the windows open and stick a fan in the window to get some air circulating which was kind of aggravating but it never got too hot. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook all of our meals. Quiet place, never a problem with noise at night. The halls did smell like weed every now and then though. Used the hot tub/pool which was great! Except there was a ton of construction going on so we heard drilling and hammering while relaxing in the hot tub other than peace and quiet. Overall, it was the perfect small place for me and my husband to spend our honeymoon. Would definitely recommend the location to others looking for a spot in town.

Loved this studio condo!

This was the perfect condo for my family during our Spring break in Breckenridge. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our son... very clean, nicely decorated, had a beautiful view out our windows, and VERY close to everything. We were just a short walk to various ski rental stores and Main street shopping and restaurants. We were very close to the lift as well. The pool and hot tubs were great too. Our trip was perfect. Thank you!

Just what the Doctor Ordered

I booked this condo for parents who were visiting from New York. They couldn't be happier with their stay. Clean and spacious even for a studio to say the least. There were coffee filters stocked so my mom could make coffee on the gourmet remodeled kitchen, not too mention everything to cook a hardy breakfast each morning. Taking in the great views, enjoying the on premise hot tubs, pool and sauna are just few more wonderful things about this property. The best would have to be the plush king size bed to come home to each evening giving a greats night rest to enjoy the following day. Thank you Janette for making my mom and dads stay so warming.

Location and Comfort

Very nice condo with king bed! All the comforts of home including ceiling fan and box fan. Very clean and up to date decor and appliances. ( we went in August) Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very easy in and out underground parking. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for eating and shopping. Janette was available if we needed anything, which we had everything we needed. Definitely would return!

Great Location

Very nice condo a few short blocks to Main Street. The underground garage was very convenient. Parked our car once for the day and could stroll around downtown easily. Janette welcomed us and was kind enough to make sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time in Breck, hiking McCullough Gulch and our stay at this Peak 9 condo.
