Steve and I have been long time residents of New Orleans and have restored 3 homes in the historic Treme and Marigny neighborhoods. We met because of Hurricane Katrina and have been together since 2005. We were also married in 2009.We will celebrate our 10 years of marriage this July 2019. We also rescued our dog, MAW. She is a pit-bull / beagle mix. She loves to meet & greet all guests! She has been with us during this whole journey We are happy to have this opportunity to provide our guests with a relaxed and comfortable experience in one of our country's most unique and interesting cities. Our quests love all the options the Courtyard Suite and Rampart House have to offer- from early morning jogs to the Mississippi River and through the French Quarter to taking a bike to City Park and checking out the museums. They also stroll to the Quarter for dinner, shopping, or some of the best people watching ever. There are 2 street cars, one North on the corner of Elysian Fields and St.Claude ave. Only 1 block away. As well as one South, just 5 blocks away. Trolley stop #1 French Market, as well as the entrance to the French Market. The new Robert's Fresh Market, full service grocery store is just steps across the street from the property. The legendary Frenchman Street is a center of the New Orleans music scene, only five blocks away. Stop in at one of the local jazz clubs to catch a band and maybe even jam with Lenny Kravitz.

The place was super clean and comfortable. The owners were super responsive and friendly. Perfect location- neighborhood was safe, lots of restaurants, and a grocery store across the street. Eady walking distance to the French quarter. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We were in NOLA just for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise. The location was amazing. An easy walk to so many items on our list of musts in the short time we were there. Matt picked us up at the airport for a very reasonable fee. And he took us to the cruise terminal when we checked out. There is a very nice grocery store literally right across the street. Matt and David thought of all the little things that make staying in a VRBO so nice. Coffee, bottled water. The property was very clean and safe. We will definitely stay again if we ever get to NOLA again.

Amazing Location, Excellent Hosts, Perfect Space
Location: I was absolutely blown away by the proximity to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. The walk from EFS at the Bearigny Suites to Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, and the waterfront was extremely safe and very comfortable. The grocery store directly across the street was a HUGE asset for on the go food as well as stocking up on any supplies you may need for a night on the town. As the final cherry on top, the driving directions from the main highway to the property are very straightforward and the parking space saved by Matt and Steve was greatly appreciated.
Hosts: Matt and Steve were wonderful hosts. Matt started our stay by welcoming us on the street to our parking space (that he saved for us) and even parallel parking the vehicle for me. He showed us around the property and made us feel incredibly comfortable with the few ground rules (particularly sad the hot tub was not available). They did provide a nice selection of soft drinks, water, and beer in our units fridge as well as a community fridge in the outdoor seating area. Steve and Matt were always available when we needed advice or help with anything and everything in New Orleans; however, they don't intrude on guests space at all and would be perfectly happy staying away if you didn't want to see them during your stay. I personally recommend getting to know these two wonderful hosts and allow them to show you their beautiful city of New Orleans.
Space: The pictures of this property don't do it justice! The living space is extremely comfortable with a couch, dining table, sitting chair, and refrigerator/coffee maker. We had 5 people staying in this property and never felt crowded when sitting in the living area. The sleeping arrangement is also very nice with the first bed just inside the entry door and the other two beds in a closed off room behind the first bed. We stayed in January, and even coming from Fargo, ND there was a night where the weather got a little chilly. Note that the bathroom seems to get colder than the rest of the unit, so if you are using the central air keep that in mind.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this property. I plan on returning to New Orleans again and when I do I will definitely be looking to stay at the Bearigny Suites!

Being centrally located, walking distance, or a quick trolley ride, to all venues was also a big plus. We certainly enjoy doing what we do, trying not to interfere with your vacation, or your space. I was happy to help you park. That was fun.
