Our loft will provide a comfortable stay to either the weekender or one who needs to spend a week in Kansas City. The two bedroom, two bath ‘home-away-from-home’ is easily accessible from either I-70 or I-35, yet affords a sense of quiet and seclusion for those who wish to avoid the urban rush.
If you are a discriminating connoisseur of the arts or a rabid sports fan, its location affords easy access to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Sprint Center and both Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums.
Even bicyclists can find a rather interesting bike shop nearby where bikes may be rented for a ride through the urban landscape or along the Lewis and Clarke trail overlooking the Missouri River.
Perhaps you just want to experience a bit of urban life. Whether it be an eclectic array of restaurants, antiquing or farmer’s market, our loft is a block away from the City Market, where you will find a selection of interesting retail shops and casual dining eateries. Additional shopping can be found just 10 minutes to the north at Briarcliff Village and Zona Rosa, and 10 minutes to the south at the Country Club Plaza. More exclusive dining lies a few blocks to the south in the heart of downtown Kansas City and the Power and Light District.

As our guest, you will have access to free onsite parking in the lot adjacent the building, access to the gym and full/private use of the loft!

The River Market is a vibrant and friendly community with a bountiful anchor attraction, the region’s largest farmers' market, the historic City Market. Since the early 1800's, the Historic River Market has been the place to be.
Take a leisurely walk around this historic area and stop at the observation deck at 1st and Main where it all began for Kansas City. Look out over the great Missouri River and consider the River Market's extensive colorful history dating back to mid-1850’s when the City Market Square began as a site for market commerce, horse trading, political rallies, revival, medicine shows and circuses. Continue along the walking trail to Richard L Berkley Riverfront Park, situated along the south bank of the Missouri River with views of both the historic Missouri River and the beautiful downtown Kansas City skyline. The park boasts of being the only developed green space on the Missouri River in urban downtown Kansas City. The park offers lighted walking and biking paths, grass and paved parking, plenty of open space and a natural amphitheater.
Getting around Downtown Kansas City, Missouri is easy with convenient access from all points of the metropolitan area via car, bus, trolley and taxi.
Greater Downtown embraces a rich variety of neighborhoods and districts. It extends from the River Market and Columbus Park to the north; the West Bottoms and the Westside on the west; the Historic Jazz District at 18th & Vine to the east; and all the way south the Martini Corner along 31st Street.
Streets are laid out on a simple grid system. The numbered streets run east/west and begin with 2nd Street in the River Market and increase in number as you move south through the Central Business District, the Crossroads Arts District, Crown Center, Union Station, Liberty Memorial, Union Hill, Hospital Hill and on to Martini Corner.
