1. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. If a safety or potential safety problem arises the owner of the property must be notified immediately. 5. The Guest(s) is advised to adhere to the quiet hours (14:00-17:00 and post 23:00) of the residencies and to respect their neighbors right to peace and quiet. The owner of the property must be notified immediately if grievances and complaints arise 6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses. It is advised that all electric appliances, furniture, and frames are properly used and maintained. Damages, bar natural worn, shall be charged to the guest(s). Attention must be given to the use of the washing machine and of the dishwasher. All food leftovers must be rinsed out before placing the plates in the dishwasher. Make sure to place dishwasher salt in the appropriate holder. Verbal instructions shall be provided by the owner. 8. Opening and closing the frames shall be performed according to the simple instructions provided by the owner. When the frames are wide open, they should be “wind secured” by using the hinges attached to the exterior walls of the property. 9. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. 10. Parking: is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. 11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 12. Water and Drainage: Water is provided by the Residence’s water tank. The water, supplied by the tank, is not drinkable. Use solely bottled water. Water on the island is scarce and all guests are advised to consume it with prudence. Do not flush any product - including toilet paper – down the toilet and do not throw any products into the kitchen or bathroom sinks and drains. 13. Pool: Guests are personally responsible for the prudent use of the pool and the owner bears no responsibility in the occurrence of an accident. Particular attention must be exercised when toddlers or minors use the pool. Diving into the pool is prohibited. Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol. Avoid entering the pool when tanning lotions or sun screens are applied, since the presence of oily substances might damage the pool’s filtering mechanism.

Villa with Stunning views
Beautiful villa with stunning views and amazing sunsets. There was a lovely breeze most days and the pool was wonderful. Great location for beaches with beach bars nearby and water sports available at a 5 min drive from the villa. Quite remote so a car is critical, particularly if you want to go to some of the better restaurants. Kitchen well fitted out and the outdoor BBQ and Pizza Oven came into good use. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated with air conditioning. The host, Alfredos, was always available promptly by phone and was very helpful when I had a medical problem.
Pleasant stay in a wonderful location
Wonderfull villa in a quiet position with a stunning view - Villa & swimming pool well managed - nearby to several well organized beaches - pleasant , but barren, island with few typical villages - several taverna / restaurants options for a great typical food - 4x4 car required to join most isolated beaches

We've had a wonderful stay at Purple Butterfly.
The place was marvelous and clean (laundering once a week).
We had a great welcome and assistance from Alfredos, who has been really smart, helpful and reactive when needed. (He gives us great tips to have a local view of KEA).
The house was really well equipped, nothing missing except maybe a microwave!
At last, we highly recommend this location for both families or friends.
Very nice house with incredible sunset view
We spent one week with friends and kids in this very nice house that we enjoyed a lot. The view, either from the swimming pool or in each room in the house, is amazing, and the best place for sunset. The house is very convenient with all equipments needed, and very close to Koundouros and Koundouraki lovely beaches.
Kea is the closest Cycladic Island to Athens. The ferry connection to Kea departs from the port of Lavrio. Lavrio is approximately a 20-25 minute drive from the Athens International airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) and a 45 minute drive from downtown Athens. The ferry trip to Kea’s port, Korissia, lasts approximately one hour. The area of Koundouros, where the house is lying, is a 30 minute-drive from Korissia.
Despite its proximity to Greece’s biggest urban center, Kea has retained its traditional qualities and is only in recent years that modern development has reached its shores. Over the past 10 years Kea has managed to embrace the right kind of tourism: an eco-friendly destination with a multitude of walking paths and trails and numerous beaches that rival in beauty any of the more established destinations of the Cyclades.
