Hello! Welcome to our family's 'home away from home' upgraded vacation townhome located on the 16th hole of Grayhawk's prestigious Talon golf course, and within an exceptional private gated community @ Grayhawk - in the heart of highly-desired north Scottsdale!

Our highly desired townhome is a spacious, private, and quiet 1,920 sq ft single-story townhome, with attached 2 car garage, it is tastefully furnished with relaxation and comfort in mind! It boasts a large upgraded and well-equipped kitchen with lots of chef's tools included! The generous 12 foot ceilings throughout provide an open and airy atmosphere with the large, private 800+ sq ft patio, which provides additional outdoor living space for fabulous sunset views and wildlife watching! Not only is there an eat-in kitchen with seating for 6, but there is another separate dining area with a large gathering table with additional seating for 6. Both bathrooms are upgraded with beautiful custom travertine tile showers, granite vanities, and new Kohler sinks, fixtures, and toilets. New beds and upgraded mattresses with high-end linens make your stay most comfortable. Included are 2 42-inch flat-screen televisions (one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom) and a DVD player, cable, Wi-Fi, a Bose Sound Dock to enjoy your music, and interior laundry room with new HE washer/dryer. Our guests have access to the pool, two hot tubs, the clubhouse, and fitness center with new equipment.

Our beautiful and comfortable townhome is centrally located within north Scottsdale, with easy access to the 101 loop, The Market at DC Ranch, West World, the Barrett Jackson Auto Show, and the Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Fashion Square shopping centers. Even though we are located on the 16th hole of Grayhawk's distinguished Talon golf course, numerous world-class golf courses are abundant and nearby - TPC, Desert Ridge, Wildfire, Troon, Kierland, and the Sanctuary. In addition, there are biking and amazing hiking trails with spectacular city and desert views at nearby Pinnacle Peak Park and McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The Phoenix metro area is spring-training headquarters for 15 MLB teams, with Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (spring-training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies) just 15 minutes away. Our location is central to world-class golfing, shopping resorts, cultural and entertainment venues, and many superb dining options. Just outside our gates are 60 miles of fabulous hiking/biking trails. Our clubhouse/fitness center/pool is meticulously maintained with a heated pool, two hot tubs, state of the art workout facility, an outdoor BBQ area, and a party room for entertaining.

Wonderful Relaxing The Weather!

This was our 4th stay and it never disappoints. In fact, we booked it next January for the full month. The home is lovely and comfortable and the owners are always making improvements. It is always immaculate when we arrive. I love the kitchen, as it is well stocked with anything and everything you would need to prepare meals or entertain. Having the private patio facing the golf course is such a plus! We enjoy watching sunsets, the quail and other native birds. It is a nice, relaxing place to stay.

Fantastic location and property

This property far exceeded our expectations. Great location! Near highway, shopping and restaurants. Outstanding landlords. They have thought of everything. Kitchen had everything anyone would want. Even the serious cook will be pleased. There was a great selection of pots and pans, knives, small appliances, etc. The landlord was responsive and accomodating. There was a great pool in the complex, which is very close to the front door of this apartment. The landlord provided floats for both adults and children on premises. Beautiful back patio right on the golf course. Very nice natural gas bbq (clean and well kept), table and chairs,, and two lounges make relaxing and enjoying the outdoors easy. Two car garage was great for keeping our cars cool and out of the sun. Overall the apartment was very spacious and we'll kept. We stayed here for 6 months when we moved here from NJ and were waiting to move into our purchased home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Vacation made easy!

This was our second time renting the townhouse, this time for an extended vacation. Our favorite part is the nice patio area in the back that faces a golf course. You can lay out on the lounge chairs, use the grill, or play games at the large table with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook a lot of meals! Very clean and nicely furnished.. It felt like home. Some other things we loved.. Laundry room, the pool & pool floats, nice bathrooms & bathtub, and the audio system. There are some nice restaurants/shopping just up the road too that we tried out and enjoyed. As always, Sandra was really great to work with.. she is very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Winter Getaway

The Krause Haus is a great place for a vacation - a real "home away from home"! The townhouse is very clean and well maintained, and the lovely kitchen is equipped for any kind of cooking. Its proximity to shopping, hiking, golfing, and restaurants can't be beat! And relaxing on the patio at the end of the day is a treat. Sandra is responsive within hours to any type of problem you might encounter - she's the best.

Awesome townhouse!! Great location!!

We worked out an annual lease with the owners for this townhouse. We rented it sight unseen based on the photos posted on VRBO. The photos are accurate and the layout of the townhouse makes it seem even bigger than we thought it would be. Every appliance from the washer/dryer to the well equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances! The kitchen is a chef's dream! You have every cooking tool and device you could imagine. Everything is organized thoughtfully and easy to access. We love the area and the neighborhood. It is extremely quiet and all the neighbors are so friendly. Be prepared to wave as you drive through Tesoro. Everyone waves hello! The location is close to everything! The 101, Kierland, every great golf course in Scottsdale. It is only 25 minutes from PHX and usually runs about $30 one way in an Uber. The owner (Sandra) is quick to respond anytime there is a need and has been more like a concierge than a landlord this year. I can't say enough good things about how flexible she has been during our entire stay. Do not hesitate to rent here.
