An easy one-mile bike-ride to neighborhood swim center, and great local restaurants. Close to highway access to mountain ski destinations via I-70 (1.5 hours to ski areas.) Distance to North Denver's Highlands neighborhood, (10 minutes), Downtown Denver, (20 minutes), Broomfield, (15 minutes) and Boulder, (30 minutes.)
*Coming soon for summer 2016, new commuter rail station located one mile from the house will take guests 6 miles away to Union Station and downtown, or the airport.

About the owner: I grew up in Washington, DC, and went to college in NYC, but I love Denver! Getting out and enjoying the mountains is my favorite part of living here, but enjoying life in North Denver is a close second.
