Full living/dining and full kitchen.
Private back patio and reserved covered parking behind unit. There is a sectional sofa, tv stand, dining table, one King Size bed with Casper™ Mattress, and a Queen Size Bed, fresh linens, towels and washcloths, a washer/dryer inside the unit, some dressers, and basics.
My vision is to use the money I earn to improve the place and make it one of the best units in South Texas, so I'm not asking much for the daily rate at this time. I know there's a lot left to be desired and I'll be updating it slowly but surely.
This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking on the property is prohibited.
Please remove all personal items and garbage upon check-out including items in the refrigerator and freezer.
Please leave the property in the same condition (or better) than when you arrived.
Surveillance/Monitoring Disclaimer: the property is protected and monitored by a Vivint Smart Home System. This includes a Doorbell Camera and another outdoor camera in the back patio area for external surveillance. No cameras or monitoring equipment is inside the property except motion sensors. Security is very important to us as is the privacy of our guests. The system is made available to guests as well but we ask that it be used responsibly, meaning all guests are made aware of arming/disarming codes to prevent false alarms. Any fees for first responders on false alarms will be billed to guests.
Pest Disclaimer: South Texas climate and weather with its heat and humidity, long-standing droughts and occasional rainy seasons makes any dwelling prone to insect presence. We spray the interior routinely and the groundskeepers spray the exterior routinely. Unfortunately, it’s a matter of pest control and the property is not pest-proof. Guests must recognize that there is a chance of encountering some insects. We take every precaution and painstaking measures to eliminate pests, but can only hope to control them. The presence of cockroaches, and silverfish inside is usually a sign of pest control at work as they are coming out of hiding to die. Flies and mosquitos outside are unfortunately just a way of life in South Texas. Leaving food and garbage outside is never recommended, and of course using insect repellent is encouraged outdoors. There are two dumpsters on-site at the complex and we encourage you to discard all garbage containing food as soon as possible to the dumpsters and never leave outside the condo - this prevents attracting pests such as raccoons, stray cats, birds, and other scavenging animals.
