This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom unit is just 100 short yards from Santa Rosa beach, and is a dream come true for couples and families looking to experience the beach as it was made to be experienced!

This particular unit has two spacious bedrooms, but the unique floor plan and open design allows eight people to sleep comfortably. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, with plenty of pillows and high quality linens. This bedroom has it’s own private bathroom, complete with a bath/shower combo and beautiful granite countertops. The soft lighting and elegant features make this private bathroom a peaceful place to unwind from a busy day exploring the community. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed, plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV. One bonus feature of this unit is the built in bunk beds in the main hallway. This is a fun and comfortable place for smaller guests to get some Z’s, while not taking up a lot of space in the common areas. There is room for two more guests in the living room, as the comfortable sofa easily transforms into a sleeper sofa.

The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole crew. Ample cabinet space allows plenty of room to store your groceries, and a large refrigerator is the perfect place to store you leftovers from last night’s dinner! There is a stove and microwave to heat up a quick snack, and a dishwasher and deep sink makes clean up a breeze. Families love how much money they save by cooking meals at “home” vs. taking everyone out to eat for every meal.

The kitchen flows into a large wrap around bar area with three comfortable seats. This snack bar is a great place for family members to interact with whoever is making dinner, or provides extra counter space for the chef of the family to slice and dice everything they need for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Flowing from the kitchen and bar area is a more formal dining area, a perfect place for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal. The sleek, rounded table seats six, and overlooks the private patio and community lake. Right outside of the dining area is a shaded patio, complete with oversized chairs and a peaceful view of the lake. The community pool is just steps away from this private pool, making it the perfect unit for families who want to spend a lot of time splashing, swimming and sunbathing.

The living room is open and spacious, and has one large sofa, and two additional chairs, all surrounding a flat screen TV. This open area is the perfect place for a family game night or movie night.

The location is one of the main things that keeps bringing guests back year after year. It is walking distance to local 30A restaurants like Goatfeathers (the grouper sandwiches are amazing!) and The Local Catch (where you have to try the fish tacos!) The opportunities for shopping are endless; you can find all of your favorite stores in the Gulf Place Town Center, which is just a few minutes away. Take a short trip to the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, for fine dining or a road of golf that you’ll never forget.

The Location was beyond Perfect - the Unit? Not so much

I will begin by praising the Condominium Complex.

The three Pools, Tennis Courts, Shops and especially the proximity to the Beach were more than you could ask for. It is too sad that the Unit did not reflect the surroundings.

My overall comment describing the Unit would be shabby and neglected.

I spent two days washing and cleaning floors, drapes, pillow covers and drapes, bathrooms and cupboards. We also went out to buy Carpet Cleaner to, not only clean them but get rid of the odor.

The Owner needs to update the Furniture and Finishes, it's time for a face lift and replacement.

The Guest Room mattress had a huge blood stain and there were no mattress protectors on either beds. The bedding was mismatched and worn and the standard size pillows had no more "puff" left to them, and covered with king size pillow cases. In my opinion the Bedrooms should be the top priority to ensure cleanliness and comfort. These were more like cheap roadside Motel/Hotel quality.

The Patio Furniture was just silly, the wicket unravelling and the cushions dirty and lumpy.

It's too bad really because the "bones" are there but unfortunately the upkeep and Pride of Ownership seems to have been lost somewhere along the way.

We are returning next year for two months but unfortunately not to this Unit.

Location is best part ...the unit is in need of updating

first floor pros is close to pool-cons are noisy and no privacy and upstairs running of kids in the early am hours

slow internet, outdated furniture and appliances, stained shower curtains, no directions for the 3 remotes, light shines through master in am as there are no curtains. most rentals in gulf place for my 15 years of renting in many units there all give you free beach chairs and umbrellas not at this one! the complex is great and the location is my favorite but this unit needs a lot of attention for the prices they charge are the same as others in complex yet no advantages to staying there for same price.

4 Chairs at the kitchen table need replaced. The seats are worn and you sink down in them. Also I would suggest providing some cleaner for the glass table top. Not enough comfortable seating in the living room. Patio furniture needs replaced as well, very worn. There was just the two of us so it was not so bad. If we had two more with us as we usually do it would have been a problem. Could hear people above us running. That is the drawback of being on the first floor.

Easy loading access.

Bedrooms , bath and kitchen were nice. Liked the location but I would not rent this one again.
