I was born and raised in Seattle and have had the good fortune to travel to see other places and I always seem to come back to this beautiful place. I believe you will love it too and I will do my best to make sure you have a beautiful home away from home to enjoy your vacation.
Terry purchased this House in 2013
Why Terry chose Alki
We have three properties and this one is called "Seaview Hall" named that by it's original owners that built first as a lodge in West Seattle in 1901. It doesn't get much better than this. Everyone that has stayed in these homes have been thrilled with the accommodations, the views and location to the city, beaches and mountains. Scuba, kayak paddle board, cycle, skateboard, and other activities 5 minutes away
What makes this House unique
We are one block off of the beach with a park at the of the block and 2 large parks within a few blocks of the house, 10 minutes to the City of Seattle, the stadiums and 20 minutes to the Space Needle, 5 minutes walk to Alki beach. Take the wagon, chairs and towels and head down to the beach. Sit back at the local pub and have a cold one with the beach in front of you, the mountains in front of you and a view of the city to your right. Absolutely stunning views from everywhere you go including the mountain and ocean views from the house.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location.
Great Family Reunion Space
Three generations of our small (10) family gathered at Seaview Hall for a pleasant reunion. The house was well equipped and arranged for privacy and hanging out together. We would be glad to stay again. Vertical plan with stairs to all bedrooms could be a problem for some.
Loved it!! Home away from Home! Perfect! Close enough, yet far enough. Clean!!!
Loved our stay in this historical home! Beautiful home and very close to the beach, yet far enough away from the noise and traffic. Beds are comfy and property is very clean. Terry is so accommodating with things to do and places to go! When returning to Seattle, I would love to stay here again!
Very nice stay!
We were attending a family wedding in West Seattle and did not want to drive into the city from the south end. We found this lovely home that is large enough to accommodate all of us. It was a great time! The layout of the home was perfect for us. The furnishings and linens were very nice too!!
Four siblings and their spouses had a fantastic time in Seattle and this home provided everything we needed and wanted. The kitchen was large and a pleasure to cook in. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great! The showers had so many shower heads that we felt like we were in a car wash! It was fun taking a shower.
The home was in a great location. Easy to get to water taxi or to drive to downtown Seattle.
We would definitely stay here again.
This was a beautiful property close to the Alki Beach. The owner was super friendly and gave us lots of good local tips. Salty's was a wonderful restaurant recommendation with a great view of the Seattle skyline. The water taxi was convenient, also! The house was spacious and well supplied. It was a great place to visit with a group away from the bustle of the city. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs if you carry a lot of luggage, and a couple of the mattresses could be replaced. Thanks, Terry!
