Ask a questionAbout Chris & Bethanie Koehler
We love traveling internationally and domestically! We have rented many Airbnb’s. So, in 2015 it was time to buy and host our own in beautiful Shenandoah Valley!
Why Chris & Bethanie Koehler chose Page County
This property is beautiful with its unique 35 acre lot with an unusual home. There are 3 trails crisscrossing the front half of the property and a great lookout spot at the top of the hill! Its close to skiing, hiking, the Shenandoah river and wineries!
What makes this Cabin unique
Nestled in a hollow on 35 acres. Enjoy the seasonal pond and railroad from the front balcony. Private driveway through a railroad tunnel. The railroad passing by the property was completed by the Shenandoah railroad in 1867. The tunnel on the property is believed to be that old. Although, the train does not whistle as it passes by, you can feel/hear it's power throughout the property as it steams down the tracks. It is an enjoyable sight to see! The home and property are always being improved upon.
