Our bright and beachy, beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. We are proud to have been selected by VRBO as a Premier Partner. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive. The first picture on our ad was taken from our balcony. The resort has two beautiful, huge, beach side pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, tennis courts, exercise room overlooking the beach, billiards, and more.

Our condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1450 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. It is just a 1.5 minute walk from our front door until your feet are in the sand. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun.

Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and a small dvd library it will be easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. Our balcony with beautiful views of the beach is tiled and has sliding glass doors that can close to make a cozy sun room during cooler weather. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom.

We pride ourselves on keeping our condo updated and fresh. We decorate using light colors and white sheets so you can easily see how clean it is. Our dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, flooring, have been replaced within the last couple of years. All our bedroom furniture and mattresses were replaced in 2016. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2018 and the master includes a walk in shower with grab bar and seat.

The unit can sleep up to 8-10 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a porta-crib. Each bedroom has a wall mounted cable TV plus a DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for your whole family.

MY SISTER OWNS THE CONDO RIGHT NEXT DOOR SO YOU CAN RENT TWO 3 BEDROOM CONDOS SIDE BY SIDE AND ACCOMMODATE 16-19 PEOPLE!

All PCB condo elevators stay busy in the summer, so being located on the 3rd floor in this condo is great! Easy access to the beach and pools, but high enough up to have a great beach view from the balcony!! In addition to the pools, the condo has a nice hot tub that's in a separate room in the pool area, a seasonal cafe with great food and drinks (alcoholic and non), and sun deck that runs the length of the condo. It's a few steps lower to the beach than the pool deck, with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning.

The condo is located around smaller condos and houses so you have more of the beach to yourself. But its also located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and parks. There is a snack shop by the pools and plenty of chairs around the pools. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. I will start you off with a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. There is a store with groceries and general merchandise and a liquor store right across the street from the complex. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are a short drive away.

Beautiful St. Andrews State Park is a short drive or a nice long walk down the beach. The rental marina is also a short drive which makes pontoon boat, jet skis, and pirate ship rides very convenient.

This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. I'm sorry but our conndo is not wheel chair accessible. Wheel chairs will not fit through some of the doors. Renters age 21-25 considered with additional deposit and damage insurance.

This is a terrific property! We would come back without hesitation!

This lovely condo was just right for us! The beds were comfortable, the living area also very comfortable for those times you want to relax in the condo. Jan was very attentive to our questions (I had many since this was our first time to rent thru VRBO), and was always helpful. We liked being on the 3rd floor so that we could walk the stairs or use the elevator. The view from the balcony was also enjoyable, and having the sliding windows on the balcony make it easy to enjoy the ocean breezes as you read the morning paper or sip a cup of tea.

The kitchen was well stocked (although we didn't cook alot), which is always nice. The bright bathrooms gave us a "beach feel" with the colorful towels. We loved the walk-in shower!

We enjoyed this end of the island immensely. There were great eating places (check Yelp - some 4 & 5 star wonderful places!), and in about 5 minutes you have 2 very nice grocery stores: Winn Dixie and Publix. You can also get to the state park in less than 10 minutes. We had no desire to "go west" and explore the shopping, attractions, etc. We found this location to be just perfect!

The people at Regency Towers were helpful, and everything was clean where it mattered: the pools, the hot tub, and the wonderful Bikini Bob's refreshment stand. Jan's condo was immaculate.

To sum it all up: We would go back to Jan's place for sure! Thank you for allowing us to come!

Beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 2 miles away. Schooners beach club and restaurant is walking distance. Buster's Beer and Bait (bar, liquor store, bait store), Shore Dogs (casual food), The Hangar Bar (live entertainment and dancing), and Dollar General are right across the street. Lots of go carts, mini-golf, golf, adventure rides, shopping and entertainment close by.

Rates do not include 12% tax, $125 cleaning, $35 reservation fee and $300 refundable security deposit. It also does not include a recently implemented service fee that goes directly to VRBO. Regency Towers Resort requires a $20 total registration fee from each group upon arrival. (This is not included in the quote). Rates subject to change until booked. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNDER 26. Guests age 21-25 will be considered with additional rent & deposit required. Get in touch with the owner for consideration of your request and a quote, which will include the higher deposit and/or damage insurance. Sorry but I cannot rent to parties under age 21 at all.

During spring break and summer months (March, June, & July) I only rent Saturday to Saturday. Please DO NOT instant book dates other than Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer months. I'm sorry but bookings other than Saturday to Saturday during March, June, and July will be rejected/cancelled.

NO PETS: Our resort has a no pets policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY DIFFERENT FOR MONTHLY RENTERS: Monthly renters are required to cancel 90 days in advance to receive full refund.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
