The US Open week is $21,500.... Southampton Secluded Estate sits behind 8ft high wooden gates leading to a 500ft driveway to ensure privacy. The house has 7 bedrooms 6.5 bathrooms, all bathrooms are marble with high-end fixtures. All bedrooms have an HDTV. The house also boasts 2 living rooms (1 on the main floor and 1 on the first floor). The large gourmet kitchen has wooden floors throughout. Enjoy the weather and the relaxing light ocean breeze on the 3000 sq ft exterior wood deck, which leads to a beautiful 20x40 built in heated pool (pool heating fee not included in price, advanced notice required ) and a private clay tennis court. Enjoy BBQ on the outside grill and enjoy your meal on the exterior dinner table with seating for 12. Pricing rates below are not always accurate. June 2018 US Open will be priced separately and instant bookings will not be excepted. The property is less then a 1/2 mile away from the course..US Open week $21,500..

Also, enjoy a private clay tennis court located in rear of the property behind the pool. There is plenty of parking available and also a three car garage. This home also has two living rooms and the house is very spacious.

Very spacious, great for a group

We stayed with a large group and the house was definitely big enough to accommodate everyone and give everyone their own space. All bathrooms have been updated, and kitchen was great for cooking! We spent most of our time outside, either BBQing on the deck or laying by the pool. Dave the property manager was great. He came over to introduce himself when we checked in and left us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. House is in a good location, close to town. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Fall Getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! We rented it to celebrate a 30th birthday with 11 close friends. The pictures really don't do it justice. The house was incredibly spacious, clean and fit all of our guests comfortably. We hung out on the deck quite a bit, played tennis and cooked in both nights we were there. The actual location of the house was very close to the Southampton village, which was great for grocery shopping.

Gregg & Dave, who manage the property, were extremely accommodating and were very responsive before and during our stay. They made us feel like we were at home. We can't wait to go back again! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Getaway House!

What an amazing, spacious and clean house! I surprised my husband for his 40th birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time! There were 12 of us and the house was expansive, tidy, and had everything we needed. And the decks were spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. And it is so close to restaurants, the town, and the beach that we all had a wonderful time and would love to visit again! Gregg and the property manager Dave were extremely helpful.

Great stay

We had a group of friends staying in the house for a weekend getaway. The accommodations and amenities were exactly as advertised. Gregg and Dave were very helpful leading up to the rental and were responsive throughout the weekend with any questions we had. The house is beautiful and location is great. Will definitely be planning a trip back to this house. Highly recommend.

The property/house was even nicer than advertised. Great lay-out. True 7 bedroom house. Beautiful 2 story deck with plenty of seating. Everything was in excellent condition and clean. The owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Pool, tennis and grill were all well maintained. House was stocked with all the needed supplies, tableware, grill tools, etc. I'm a very discriminating person who rarely rates anything 5 stars, but this house and the owner/manager deserve it. Highly recommended.

Great House; Very Responsive Owner

We had a great stay. Owner Gregg and caretaker David were amazing and responsive. For example, BBQ was not self lighting when we got there (needed a long match to light) - and two hours later, David had a brand new BBQ on the deck.

Location is great and really easy to town and an amazing Cooper beach.

Clean and well kept. Great for a large group. Pool and tennis court were kept in great condition.

We will be back!
