Wonderful Villa Sol 4BR Single Family Value. This is NOT a townhome or an apartment but is a stand alone single family home. You can visit Disney or other attractions one day, stay home to walk/bike (2 provided) along Boggy Creek on level paths among 100+ year old live oaks the next. Private (free solar heat) pool; community tennis, basketball and playground. Fish from a pier or launch your boat at nearby 5th largest lake in Florida. Air boat rides short drive. Modern 4Bdrm Pool home built in 2005 with two large gathering areas close to resorts, airport and within an hour of beaches on both West and East coasts. Fully supplied kitchen with plates/pots/pans. Washer/Dryer. We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc) to get you through to your first shopping run. (Walmart is just outside the development). It is "self catered" so you do your own day to day cleaning.
Clairmont or Villa Sol?: Clairmont is on one side of Disney. Villa Sol in Kissimmee is on the other. Our community is uniformly maintained. Clairmont has many houses in forclosure with unkempt yards. Villa Sol community is smaller and the houses all have tile roofs and higher concentration of permanent residents. Villa Sol is considerably closer to the airport.
We are a retired Navy couple. We grew up in Wyoming, but left when Rob joined the Navy in 1972. We have lived all over the world. We currently live in Virginia, to be near our children and grandchildren. We have the Kissimmee house as a place to vacation. We love going there and have enjoyed sharing it with several family members and friends.

We loved the location of Villa Sol. It is a gated community and the area is very well maintained. When we were looking, we decided that we wanted a house that had a lot of family centered room, on one level and a pool.
My family and I recently spent a week at this property. We have never stayed at such a wonderful house!!! The online description is extremely accurate. The house and surrounding property is extremely clean and is furnished with everything vacationers might want - internet connections, numerous board games, bicycles, TVs, a very efficient kitchen with everything needed for food preparation and eating, gas grill, pool, etc. The master bedroom and adjoining bath are huge by anyone's standards. What more could you want. We were fortunate to meet the owner and found her extremely warm and helpful. For those wanting to just get away from it all and rest, this house would be great. On the other hand, it is well located for the person who wants to visit Disney World and other Orlando sites, Cocoa Beach, NASA Space Center, etc. We will want to stay at no other location when we return to Florida. Moreover, we have recommended it to friends. In summary, I cannot say enough about this wonderful vacation home away from home.
Our family had a great time in this vacation's home. A lot of space for everyone, with three special remarks : 1.(Nicely equipped kitchen with great island to eat or share the cooking time while having a drink and /or watching for favorite TV programs) 2. (Main room with access to the swimming pool area) and 3. (great grill by the swimming pool to enjoy a drink while having a bite in preparation). Well maintained property that definitely will revisit.

Where do you want to go.? Is is only 20 minutes away with very close access to 417, 528, 192, Osceola PW or Turnpike.
What do you need.? Just next door Walgreens, Walmart and Publix ( within 3 mins)
Last but not least... Enjoy it until last minute, because the airport is 10 min away .

Stayed for a week and a half at this house and it was just as we'd hoped. Quiet area and very accessible to the Orlando area. Will try and stay here again on the next visit.
This place felt very homey to my family. It was spacious and equipped with all we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. It's minutes for any small shopping and 20 to 30 away from the mall and the attractions.
The home was easy to find from the airport and Disney parks and Universal studios were no more than 35 minutes away. All amenities close and a well equipped home help make our vacation more affordable and a success. Thank you! Keith
I've never wrote a review on anything in my life but I feel compelled to write one for this home. We arrived and the home was very clean and absolutely beautiful. If you ask me the pictures online do not do it justice. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Community activity center in gated community; close to area theme parks / attractions / Osceola County Heritage Park / Austin Tindall Park and Orlando Int'l Airport; Children's playground and hiking / biking trails; community pool in addition to beautiful private pool with picnic areas; close proximity to beaches; tennis and basketball courts and fitness center; private boat ramp access to East Lake Taho.
