Was pleasant and clean but could use touching up.
I’m giving this 2 stars because of a couple of reasons, some not the owners fault but it’s all inclusive. The building I think is starting to show it’s age a little. As we pulled up the first thing I noticed was the rust under the pedestrian bridge where other highrises did not have that. Check-in was pleasant and the staff friendly. When we got to our room the first thing I noticed is the obvious attempt to freshen up the paint on the door. The door needs another coat of paint not an attractive first impression! The condo was cleaned well when we arrived and we got in a little early so that was a plus. There seems to be a big difference between owner managed condos and resort managed condo’s. Things I was disappointed in this condo were: holes in the wall where a picture was when we first entered, excessive wall scuffs and baseboards need painting. The frying pan was in poor shape and handle falling off which I reported to the front desk and while she said she’d try and get me a new one I noticed she never wrote it down and as suspected she never followed up with me so I bought my own frying pan. The fridge has rust on the door and only gives crushed ice. The cover on the buttons for the dishwasher is broke. The coffee maker and toaster look dated. Paint was stored under the sink. Paint was chipping by one of the can lights. The porch needs pressure washing and the rug needs replacing you could find a better porch rug at a garage sale. Porch chairs need cleaning. Some people I know might think well you’re hardly in the condo but my point is you pay a lot of money for these rentals you want everything to be nice. So did it meet our needs and did we sleep comfortablely yes but would I stay in this condo again no. To dated. In comparison I had a family member in 603w and it was much nicer, up to date, nicer furnishings.
I apologize for the issues that you experienced. I will look into the items you have listed and address them with the appropriate departments. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.
