Dissapointed w/ Unit 1602
We were very disappointed with Sterling Reef and their management staff as we encountered several issues during our four night stay. The master bedroom and guest bedroom were both advertised as having king beds; however upon arrival it was discovered the unit’s guest bedroom only possessed a full bed. We contacted Jimmy, the manager, directly about this concern several times and did not receive a response. The next day, it was discovered the online description of the unit had been altered by replacing the bed size “king” with “queen” (which is still not correct).
Other issues include the advertised high-speed WiFi connection being plagued with intermittent connection problems (on an unsecured network no less). All of the lightbulbs in the living room were burnt out and none of the DVD players had HDMI cables connecting them to the TV. Panama City beach is beautiful, but we would NOT recommend this unit or any condo managed by Jimmy or Sterling Reef Condominiums to anyone!
March 2018 Stay
We were thankful to get this unit, after originally being assigned a condo in very bad shape. We appreciated the owners care and expense that was put into updating and refurbishing. The view is fantastic and being at the end of the walkway made for a quieter experience. Once the spring break crowd is finally reigned in, the month of March could be a perfect time to be there. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was such a blessing, as compared with trying to fight the crowds and traffic on the roads.

Arrived here on July 14, 2016. We rented 1602 and it is very small compared what we've rented before. Condo was so dusty, floors & base boards not cleaned. Beds are very uncomfortable has pot holes, bed spreads has odor to them. My daughters shared a room, can't even walk in there with your luggage. Overall the view is beautiful, Decor is cute!
