July 2018 Stay
Overall it was very pleasant. Although, I don’t believe the condo was cleaned thoroughly. She sheets from the last guests remained outside the front door our entire stay. Old drinks were left in the fridge and sand was everywhere upon arrival. Everything else was cleaned including the beds.
I do think new mattresses and new pillows would be a huge plus for this condo. And we enjoyed ourselves here!
June 2017 Stay
We loved the condo and the resort. We would stay there again, however, we had to wash the sheets on the bed upon arrival because it was clear they had not been washed.
May 2017 Stay
1. Condo was not available at time of check in, needed to be cleaned.
2. Condo tv remotes were not available, called office to get help with Tv's and no one showed up.
3. No coffee supply, laundry or dish washer soap given to us as outlined in housekeeping services. An initial setup should have been provided, none was.
4. Water was cut off for 4 hours at peak time 10-2. Night time would have been more appropriate after 10pm
5. Cleanup crew did awful job, had mold on frig and porch chairs and table. Floors were sticky and our feet were dirty cause they had not been cleaned sufficient
6. The railings on porch made loud loud noice when wind blew, with the storms last week, this was most of the time
July 2016 Stay
The only complaint is the smokers on the patios. Supposed to be non smoking units, but every night there are people smoking. This has been the case all three times I've stayed. Charge more for smokers or don't even bother saying these are non smoking units because they aren't. Because of this, I rate the experience level as low.
I do apologize for your inconvenience. Smoking is no longer allowed anywhere on the property so when this happens again, we will report to the association so they can go up and remove the guests from the unit involved.
