Description:
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Condo with Air Conditioning is located near circle 6 and the Woodlands Golf Course. This is a very nice family condo that is reverse living with 2 levels. It has its own swimming pool in the condo complex in the summer months. There are 3 flat screen TV's (living room is a smart TV), a gas fireplace, gas BBQ and bikes.

Level 1:
The first bedroom houses a queen bed.

The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

Level 2:
The Primary is upstairs and has a king bed.

Recreation Access: This home does not include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, and Disc Golf at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

Our stay in SunRiver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at this home in Sunriver. The house was clean and enjoyable. I would of liked to see more of a place setting for a family of 7. There was only a handful of cups that were all glassware. The plates and bowls were all glass as well. We have stayed at 3 other homes in the area and they were all well stocked with games, spices, and every day needed items which this house was not. Overall it was a nice clean place to spend our Christmas.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good house for the money. Hot tub small, short on kitchen dishes and linens for 8 quests. The house was clean and in good shape. Well worth what we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented this house for e nights, but unfortunately a freak snow storm in the Cascades prevented us from coming for the first two days. The temperature then went up and we were able to spend 1 night here. The house was as described. My only complaint was the steep steps up to the main living area. We should have found a house on 1 level or at least having the main living area on the lower level. Sunriver is a huge development and this house was toward the back. I liked being in the woods with lots of trails, but was disappointed with the lack of open areas with views toward the Cascades. Also several of the places outside the resort such as the Lava Lands Visitor Center and Lave River Cave were closed for the winter (in mid October). We wish we had been able to spend the full 3 days here so we could have explored more of the trails and taken advantage of more of the activities. We recommend both Sunriver and this house, other than the steep steps. It was clean, had five bicycles and helmets, 3 TV's and a nice kitchen/dining area.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this unit anticipating using the indoor pool at the SHARC if the weather did not cooperate. Unfortunately, that pool was closed during our stay. Understanding how to access the complex pool was not clear. The inside of the unit is extremely dated (especially the kitchen) and the rate reflects that.
