The main floor contains a large living room with a huge, fabulous fireplace adjacent to a large dining room, which sits just off the kitchen. The main floor also has three bedrooms: two king rooms with en suite bathrooms as well as a double twin room. The hot tub and the pool room conservatory (likely chilly in winter) sit off the main floor. The ground floor contains a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom entered through the bunk room (sleeps 7), also with its own en suite bathroom. Sleeps 15 in beds.

Great Location and Affordable

We had a large group stay here for a ski/snowboard weekend trip. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the gondola that went right to the slopes and an even quicker walk to all the bars and ski/snowboard rental shops.

The house was large and had plenty of space for us to eat group meals and play games (we had 15 people).

The only thing I would warn is that we had people traveling from all over and therefore had 5 cars with us and it was a tight squeeze to get them all in the driveway with the snow, but that is a very minor concern in the grand scheme of things.

Great location and beautiful home

We had 14 people stay here for a ski weekend. We were able to walk to the gondola and to Main Street. Very pleased with our stay!

Great location - lots of room

The location could not be any better - just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown and the gondola. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep. Had some hiccups in the beginning but owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great house in the heart of downtown

We had 3 families stay at this property for a total of 14 people and it couldn't have been more perfect. The property is located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Main St. It was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It has a large backyard with a nice deck and hot tub. It's rustic feel is perfect for a stay in the Colorado Rockies. I would stay here anytime I visit.

Fantastic location with lovely clean home

This home is wonderful. The walkability to all the shops, cafes and restaurants is great- getting to the gondola is a snap. The house itself was very clean, has a great floorplan and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the large fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day on the mountain.

I would definitely recommend the property to my friends/family. I plan on returning in the future!

Great home close to main street and gondola.

This is a terrific property that is walking distance to main street, gondola, grocery, and liquor store. There is a big fenced yard with deck that has views of the ski hill and backs up to aspen and pine forest - lots of wildlife coming through during our visit including mouse, fox, and deer. Private hot tub off the master suite was great for relaxing and viewing the stars at night.

The house has a huge fire place and mantle in the main room - biggest I've seen in a private home - and provided a wonderful backdrop for sitting around with our family in the evenings. The master, upstairs guest, and living rooms have high vaulted ceilings with large timbers, just what you imagine for a mountain home.

There were plenty of private bedrooms for the adults with comfy queen and king beds, and the kids loved having their own space downstairs with a TV and lots of bunk beds. Our family and friends have been coming to Colorado for more than 10 years now, and we have stayed at many homes, but this is certainly a favorite. There are more recently built/renovated homes for rent in the area, but none with as much charm or as close to Main Street and lifts. The latter is a huge plus, especially with ski gear, kids, and severe lack of parking in Breck.

The owner was super helpful with restaurant ideas and things-to-do in town and surrounding area.

We would absolutely stay here again.
