Very Nice Condo

We stayed in this clean and comfortable condo during Christmas week. It was exactly as pictured. It has a large walk-in closet in the bedroom, and ample drawer space. The condo has a secure parking space in the basement of the building, with inside access to the building. The location of the building is ideal ---close to the freeways that will get you quickly to all tourist attractions. The owner, Pete, is very nice, making the entire rental experience a pleasant one.

Comfortable and Close to Everything

We enjoyed nine days in this perfectly located and comfortable condo. The condo had everything to meet our needs. The directions provided were very easy to follow and parking was convenient. The owner was easy to reach and flexible to our needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for conference visitors

My husband and I stayed for a week. We found the location perfect for our needs. Walking distance for everything. Condo was comfortable and although there is building construction across the street, we weren't bothered. The bedroom is very quiet and comfortable. Condo is outfitted well and attractive. Owner is prompt and efficient to deal with. Thank you for the great stay.

Perfect location and excellent price.

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and loved it. The parking garage was great and safe, and we loved that we could easily walk anywhere. Pete was very great to speak with and helped get us into the condo early. The only downside was no fault of the owner or condo, it was just that the complex across the street was under construction and they started promptly at 7am each weekday.

Overall would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Apartment

It was a very spacious apartment ,full kitchen was great and a laundry down stairs, comfy bed and great shower. Walking distance to Petco Park Baseball Stadium, one block to Tom n Tom's coffee shop and grocery shop, overall a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend .

Great location, great value, very clean

We spent a long weekend over Memorial Weekend in San Diego and loved this condo. It's within walking distance of so much: Petco Park, the Gaslamp, lots of great little restaurants. It has everything we needed as far as the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, etc. We would definitely stay again!
