About the property

Two Separate living areas - Two Kitchens

We are three blocks from the beach, a perfect distance for a nice stroll or power walk. We are also two blocks from the Sea Isle Marina where there is much going on including a restaurant called West End, Bar and Grill, games, a swimming pool, free boat ramp, tennis courts, convenience store and outdoor bar (There is usually live music there on the weekends in the summer months) . In addition, there is a bait shop that sells live bait at the Sea Isle Marina. There is a wide, new lighted fishing pier in Sea Isle for owners and guests to use day and night. It is free; you will have a key as our house guest. We require guests to sign an agreement that they will use the pier at their own risk, as there is no supervision for the pier.

Guests can purchase a pass to the swimming pool at the Mariana. It is $50 for up to 10 people for an entire week and opens Memorial Day. Our guests can launch a boat from the Sea Isle Marina.

Our immaculate house will sleep up to 8 which include the futon couch in the downstairs living room. Living space is split between the first and second level. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: each with Queen-size beds, a bathroom with bath and shower between the bedrooms with direct access by each bedroom. The living area upstairs is open with hardwood flooring; stone counter top, deep twin sinks and plenty of cooking pots, pans, and utensils to prepare complete meals easily. Our upstairs kitchen does not have a full oven. There is a large toaster oven, microwave, and electric cook top. Downstairs has another bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and another kitchen complete with a full size oven & cook top, refrigerator, twin sink, and stocked with its own cooking pots, pans, and utensils, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate living room area with a fold out Futon Sofa. Note the downstairs bathroom does not have a sink but there is one just outside the door in the kitchen area.

The house has central air and heat upstairs and two A/C units downstairs. There are five TVs in the house, one in each of the bedroom and upstairs and downstairs living rooms with service provided by ATT U-verse including DVR’s and premium channels for each TV. You can schedule programs or movies to record and watch them on any of the TVs. There is a stereo upstairs with speakers for inside the second floor, and outside speakers on the upstairs porch and in the backyard to enjoy music from the radio, U-Verse music channels, or from your own iTunes devise. The house is also has wireless in internet and a hard line phone with unlimited domestic calling.

In our fenced in backyard, perfect for dogs (we allow pets), is a covered gazebo patio with a new table and very comfortable chairs. Attached to the gazebo is a play house for the kids with a slide. The backyard also has a separate covered patio with a utility table and sink (perfect for cleaning the catch of the day), and a wood / charcoal smoker / grill.

We will provide fresh linens, towels, paper products, trash bags, and soaps, bar and laundry detergent. The laundry room is downstairs and a separate room located beneath the stairs.

The backyard is enclosed with a metal fence. Perfect for dogs. Golf Cart rentals are available in the neighborhood and can be driven through the development and to the beach.

Great Location and Responsive Owners

Fred was super easy to communicate with. The house is great with a nice outdoor sitting area. If you're feeling ambitious it is a nice walk to the beach, but I would recommend driving or renting a golf cart.

The space is a little smaller than the pictures look, but we had ten (10) people stay here and didn't have any issues. Parts of the property have definitely aged and could use some repairs.

The fenced in backyard was nice to have for our dog and we met the neighbors (who were also really nice).

Overall I would recommend staying here. Good owners, location, and amenities (marina, fishing dock, bait shop, pool, etc.).

Fun Fourth of July with Family!

We had a wonderful vacation at this home! The owner was great - responsive and gave all the important info regarding the home ahead of time. The area was great - pool we used and a short drive to the beach. The area's golf cart parade was really fun! The house setup worked very well for us- we had one area with our little one and my in-laws had their own. Would recommend!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The owner was pleasant to talk to and get everything set up. The house was clean and as advertised. It has 2 separate living areas as described in the tittle. it worked out good for us since one of the couples had a small child. All in all we liked and and will probably be back.

House is exactly like the pics. Backyard is really nice and great for your pets. The Sea Isle community is really nice with a pool, pier, store, bait shop, marina, and restaurant. Beach is across the street. You really don't need to go anywhere else for vacation. Rain and a trip to the emergency room (got hooked while fishing) cut our trip short, but we would return.

Quiet relaxation

Quiet, no traffic, ready access to neighborhood pool and beach, quick-stop just a minute away, full service grocery/market 5 min away. Fenced backyard great for kids/pets, including playscape w. slide. Large, well furnished gazebo, ideal for entertaining. Also fish cleaning counter and sink, and large charcoal grill. Uverse tv a plus. Photos and description very accurate.

Owner most cooperative and went out of his way to arrange for our visit on very short notice.

Overall, a very pleasant, relaxing experience.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning soon. We especially loved the backyard for both the dogs and ourselves. The owners were especially easy to work with. The house is designed in such a manner that it is like having two houses for the price of one!!!! The subdivision is a short walk to the beach, and inludes a fishing pier, park,communnity pool, tennis courts and resturant and bar, so there's no reason to even leave the area.
