3 bedroom 2 bath 1300 sq ft home on just under 4 acres with 200' of frontage on the largest fresh water lake in the West. WIFI is hooked up with fiber optics with a fast, steady 25 mbps speed. It works great for television streaming. An Apple TV 4th generation supplies hundreds of channels. Open floor plan with large windows and large surrounding decks leading out to the dock which stretches 60 feet into the water. A fire pit with dry fire wood is next to the waters edge. Four picnic tables with benches and deck chairs for relaxing plus benches and chairs. The house is modern with two full bathrooms, all appliances are less than 10 years old, oak hardwood floors, carpet in all bedrooms, three sliding glass doors that provide access to about 1,000 square feet of deck. Large “L” shaped dock with a shore station lift that will fit I/O boats up to 20’ and up to an 8’ beam. A boat can be launched right at the waters edge, or there is a free public boat launch directly across the bay from the home and another larger launch 2 miles south at Big Arm State Park. Lots of nice lawn to move around and for parking cars, tents, or RV's. Very private setting and a very quiet neighborhood. Hour and half drive to Glacier National Park. Whitefish ski and summer resort one hour north, along with another small ski area, Blacktail Mountain, 30 minutes north. Four golf courses within 50 miles ranging from nice and easy to PGA caliber. The national Bison Range is about 40 miles south. There you can see elk, deer, buffalo while you drive around the hundreds of acres.

What makes this House unique
House and outside decks are close to the water, not a sharp drop off to the water, nice sloping area. Water at the end of the 60 foot long dock is about 6 to 8 feet deep. The clear water of the lake provides a clear view of the bottom of the lake. There is about 4 acres of land, the lawn is about 3 acres with lots of trees.

Beautiful place to spend time by the lake!
This house suited our needs perfectly! Very comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen stuff, plenty of space, etc. We loved being that close to the shoreline! It was a little difficult to get all our "cleaning chores" done before we had to leave for the airport that morning but we made it! I would recommend it to any large family or group of people.

The kitchen and bathrooms need a really good deep cleaning, we had to wipe some areas down and the bathtub in the second bath looked as if it had not been cleaned for months so we rarely used it as we did not feel we should have to clean it first. Everything else was absolutely perfect, would love to come back and spend more time here! Thanks Doug!

Cleaning linens before departure was a hassle...other than that everything was great!
Had a great time. The house was awesome and was very well stocked. Enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks around the lake. The only suggestion would be fans in the bedrooms.

Polson, Mt has a population of about 5000 people that offers fine dining, grocery shopping, museums, golf course, river rafting and is about 15 miles south on highway 93. Kalispell, Mt is 35 miles north and offers more of the same with a larger population along with all the amenities including golf courses, shopping, and is on the way to Glacier National Park.
