This beautiful condo has been completely re-modeled with new wood floor, kitchen with granite counter tops, large fridge with double doors and ice-maker.

The bathroom has top of the line tiles/tub and fittings with lots of lights.

The living room has a L-shape leather sofa, flat screen T.V with surround sound system, DVD, player and opens to a balcony.

The bedroom has a queen bed ,dresser, wardrobe etc. and a great view of World of Coca Cola & Georgia Aquarium.

The unit is designed for 2 adults only and each additional adult is required to pay $25.00 per night with a max of 4 adults.

About King Kahn

I have voluntarily taken over the responsibility of assisting the owner in managing this lovely unit as it is on the same floor as the unit I have been living in for the past decade.

I am familiar with the downtown area and love to meet people visiting Atlanta from all over the country to interact with them and assist wherever possible in providing guidance & information.

This beautiful condo is owned by a Doctor who in the past 6-8 years has kept it locked most of the time and has barely used it

occasionally for friends and family.

Having retired from active work I wanted to keep myself busy and convinced the Doctor to allow me to manage his unit for a trial period.

I have taken personal responsibility to ensure that the condo is not misused and would therefore requests any and all guests desirous of renting this unit to please treat this unit as their own.

This is primarily the reason why I will not encourage any one with children under 12 years of age to rent this condo. I love children a lot more than adults so please do not take offense in this restriction.This is just to protect someone else's property and to avoid any possible damage/misuse.

Also teenagers and youngster's below the age of 26 should avoid renting this unit.

Why King Kahn chose Downtown

I have ever since I moved to Atlanta lived in this building and in my opinion there is no better location in downtown area than 'The Peachtree Towers'

I would not give it up for anything be it a superior modern building or a far better unit. This is it.Period.

Whether you are here for work,vacation, attending a seminar/conference or to watch a ball game, this is where you should be living as everything is walking distance and you do not even need a car unless you plan to drive to other areas. This is the mini Manhattan of New York and where the action is all the time.

What makes this condo unique

World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, the largest in the World, The Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Philips Arena, World Congress Center are all within 10-12 minutes walk.

Atlanta Mart and the famous Hyatt's Hotel where all the action is just across the road from this building.

Marta, the underground train is just two blocks away. Save $$$$ by taking the train from the airport instead of hiring a car paying high gas prices and parking which at some locations can be as high as $25.

Take the train to 'Peachtree Center Station' which is a 20 minutes ride from the airport and costs only $5 return. .

Why pay double the price for small hotel rooms when you can live in a beautiful suite in this building with all the amenities you would want in your home for half the price.

This building is surrounded by all the major hotels and some of the finest restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. There is even a food court adjoining the Hyatt's and Marriot hotels which are right across the road.

Plenty of taxi's are available in front of the building all the time in case you need to go to Atlantic Station for entertainment or shopping in the mid-town Buckhead area where all the Mall's are located.

This building also has a 24/7 concierge with security cameras and no one other than the resident's and guest's can enter without a key fob which you are provided with when you check in.

Early check in's and late check out's can be considered favorably provided they do not clash with the next guest's.

There are two private parking garages adjoining the building as well just in case you are driving. There is a covered,gated, manned parking lot which charges $18 per day with unlimited in & outs.( Recommended) and there is an open lot which charges $5 most times but has no in & out privileges and the rates renew at 6am each morning and the meter has to be fed. (Not recommended).

Guest's staying longer with car's should make prior arrangements well in advance.

Live jazz music three blocks away . Centennial Park has many events like free music concerts every Wednesday during summer. Ice skating rink during winter. Hardrock Cafe, Ray's in the City, a great sea food place, Ruth's steak house,Mexican restaurant, Hooter's, Meehan's' Scottish style bar with some fine food restaurant's are all within a 5 minutes walk. There is also a public library, Post office, underground shopping and all major Banks within walking distance.

Did NOT get the room we paid for :(

This room looks lovely, wish we had stayed in it. The room we stayed in was not NEAR as nice as the unit we were promised. The Kitchen looked so old. There were stains all on the bedroom rug. The bedroom didn't even have a dresser. On our last night we even killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I had contacted VRBO on our way there, because the owner said there was an issue with our payment (but they said no, it was paid in full)?! They were great and told me to contact them if we didn't get a room similar to what we had asked for, but I was sick and running a fever and just wanted to get to a room, so we just went with it. I will say that the owner's son was very friendly and the couch and bed were comfortable, but have it say it was disappointing. If I had not have gotten sick, I would have called them back.I felt like we should have gotten a partial refund. :( I looked for the unit we stayed in so people could see the difference, but I couldn't find it on the site. I took pictures though, in case there were ever any questions that came up. Disappointing!

Perfect Peach in the Towers!

Excellent stay. I liked that this property was more spacious than a hotel at the same price. I was able to entertain visitors where this would not be possible in a hotel. Large bedroom, living room and kitchen. Surprisingly, even the walk in shower was huge. I enjoyed the breeze on the patio as well as the view. Plenty of glasses for wine, plates for late night snacks. It was the first week of college and pro football and with the satellite TV I didn't miss a game! The receptionist were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend and definitely stay in the future.

I was not fully satisfied with my stay at your unit for 4 reasons.... First I am hit with parking fees that were not disclosed to me prior to arrival and then the lady says to me "What you think parking is free" which really rubbed me the wrong way inside as I stayed in Miami with FREE VALET parking at the condo I rented last year around this same time. $12 a day is a complete rip off (I paid 1/3 ($60) of your monthly parking pass fee of $150 in just 5 nights!) and it is the same rate a visitor would pay. I thought I was a GUEST at this condo and should have paid only a flat rate for parking during my entire stay (6 nights). My second issue was the fact there were ROACHES in the condo kitchen area also. That is completely UNACCEPTABLE and because I was on vacation and the woman left in charge really was NO HELP I did not bring up this matter until my last night at the condo. The third issue was that the kitchen was not STOCKED as advertised and had EXPIRED products within the fridge. There was 1 medium frying pan, a small frying pan and a tiny pot. Nobody can prepare a decent meal with those types of items. All the woman did was bring a few bigger pots but not a large frying pan. So I had no choice but to work with that. The fourth issue was the noise coming from other units! I am told in my paperwork that I have to keep the noise down in my unit but WHAT ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE? There was constant crying from a baby and loud noises from other units on the floor. I took interest in the condo based upon the shower but these 4 issues will not have me visiting ever again especially if I cannot be compensated for the roaches and undisclosed parking fees. I asked THE OWNER'S SON for a REFUND for the cost of parking based upon that it was NEVER disclosed in the description of the condo and the ROACHES... All he could do is not charge me parking for my final night (only because I paid for 5 nights) which is not really acceptable because if I would have paid for the 5th night in advance there would have been absolutely NOTHING he could have done for me. I am still looking to see if some kind of compensation can be refunded to be based upon these issues. Still to this day I have heard NOTHING from this owner and feel the other people who stayed prior to me were LUCKY. THERE ARE BETTER UNITS WITHIN THIS BUILDING THAT DO NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING (ALREADY SPOKE TO ANOTHER OWNER) WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN DUE TO UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE..

Owner's Response: Its never positive to receive a negative review. We do everything in our power to make sure guests enjoy their stay in our unit and in our city. 90% of our renters take public transportation because of central location of our building. Most people are aware that parking within a metropolitan city is never free. We buy passes "wholesale" from the lot below the building and offer them to our guests at discounted rate. All guests are notified that we, as owner/hosts, reside in the same building. Most any request can be handled within a very short period of time and most occasions immediately. But in order to help we must be notified. This unit is considered one of the most polished in the building, over $30K was recently put into upgrading every feature of this property. Expenses were not spared and 99.9% of our guest have reported great experiences staying here. As far as the guests mention about the issue with the bugs has been looked at. This unit is cleaned 5-10 times a month and our building has regular pest control. I have resided in the unit myself to observe and make sure there are no problems on that front. Although we are very sorry to lose a guest if you fall within the 99.9 bracket we can guarantee you will be very happy with your stay here. Very happy with the entire experience

I was in town attending a conference. I had a comfortable stay in this condo for four days. Every detail has been thought of and I was always promptly responded to with all communication. I arrived before check-in time but Khan was kind enough to come and get my luggage and store it in a safe place rather than leaving in my car. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Everyone was very helpful with our stay and always willing to help in any way. I felt very safe as there was always a staff person on duty with a smile on their face and kind words to say. The condo is located within walking distances to all the local attractions and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Vacation Property in Downtown ATL

I truly enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. Mr. Khan is wonderful. He is very responsive to all contacts via email or phone. He is also very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location in downtown ATL. It looks just like the pictures and is very clean. I was really pleased that I chose this apartment and I looked forward to each day here. I have a tendency of being a tad picky, but this place did not disappoint. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area. Thanks Mr. Khan for everything!

The Peachtree Tower's is a 24 story solid brick building located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St and Baker adjacent to the Hyatt's Hotel.

This is undoubtedly the best location in downtown for all tourists and visitors to Atlanta as living at this building you really do not need a car if you are visiting for sightseeing, seminar's meeting's,conferences or perhaps just planning to watch a ball game.

All major attractions, The World of Coca Cola, The Georgia Aquarium,CNN Center, The Centennial Olympic Park, The Children's Museum, The Atlanta Mart,Phillips Arena, The World Congress Center are within a radius of one mile and no more than 10-12 minutes walk.

Most of the leading hotels and some of the finest restaurants are within 2/3 blocks. Major Banks, Fedex, Post Office. Marta. the underground train and food court with some shops are also 2/3 blocks. Taxi's are available right in front of the entrance to the building.
