Looking for a charming, safe place to call "home" while you are in Los Angeles chasing your dream? Look no further! Most of our tenants are actors (or parents of child actors) who are auditioning and training in LA for Pilot Season (Jan -Apr) and Episodic Season (Aug - Nov). We have a three (3) month minimum stay during those important, professional periods, but you may select your specific arrival and departure dates.
We also have a Taping Studio set up for our tenants which can be used - free of charge - for self-taping auditions. Background, studio lights, camera/smart phone stand, and mic hook ups are already set up and available for your use, and we're happy to instruct you on how to operate them.

You also get the coolest (at least WE think so) landlords and their English bulldog sons (rescues, of course), Frank & Jimmy, and we are always accessible for any needs you may have. We know LA well, are in the entertainment business ourselves, and can help turn you on to all the great restaurants, shopping and attractions in our area.
We are located in the Heart of Downtown Burbank near Disney Studios, Burbank (NBC) Studios, Warner Brothers Studios and Ranch, Nickelodeon Studios, Los Angeles Equestrian Center and so much more. We are only three blocks from the Media Center Mall and everything San Fernando Blvd. has to offer – Farmers market, boutique shops, Ikea, restaurants, comedy clubs, AMC Theatres and so much more. Everything you need is literally within walking distance!!!
We are one block from Public Transportation, but if you prefer to drive, the apartment is very accessible to the 134 and 5 freeways which offer you easy access to downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Venice, Disneyland, Universal Studios, etc. We are 15 minutes to Hollywood, N. Hollywood, Studio City and Pasadena, 25 minutes to Downtown LA, 35 minutes to the Beach! You won't find a better location in a safer neighborhood!
Due to Homeaway/VRBO changes with booking process, we are not given your phone number or email address until booking is confirmed which has created an increase in reservations that do not adhere to house policies. Therefore, if you book through this site, it is only tentative until we communicate with you directly to be sure our property is a good fit for your needs and have accepted your booking by sending you a rental agreement, which must be returned along with copies of tenants IDs, within 12 hours. In the event our home is not a good fit for you, Homeaway should promptly refund the deposit and any other fees.
We are sorry for this convoluted process. We do not like it at all, but Homeaway/VRBO is forcing us to do it this way. I hope that won't deter you from renting from us. We intend for you to have an experience you will want to repeat!

For many years, we lived in Burbank at the property you are considering. We are in the Real Estate and Entertainment business. We now live only 6 blocks away (still in Burbank, of course!), and as such, we will be accessible to you during your stay for any questions or concerns you may have … or just to chat and give you advice on things you'd like to see or places you like to go. We are extremely positive people who love life and have healthy senses of humor. We’d love to meet you and be of service to you in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We bought the property in 1998. It is our baby. The duplex was built in the mid-1950s, and although we have kept the original hardwood floors and the original tile, many features in the apartment have been updated while still respecting the building’s 'quaint' appeal. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it feels like a home.

It is it's own 'little city' within Los Angeles County – clean, comfortable, safe, accommodating, and centrally located to studios, casting offices, and post-production services within the entertainment industry. If our Los Angeles traffic intimidates you, take LYFT to your appointments but enjoy a healthy lifestyle on foot in our neighborhood. Your apartment is within walking distance to anything you might need to make your stay in Burbank comfortable and enjoyable: restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and services.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for my husband and I. It’s clean, quiet and 1000% better than a hotel room. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
Wonderful Stay in Burbank
We stayed here for a week to visit with family over the Christmas holiday. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and very welcoming. We had everything we needed for our stay, including a washer/dryer! The kitchen is well-appointed and well stocked with all the essentials. The location is great for visiting Burbank with the main street shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and the mall easily within walking distance. We look forward to visiting again!
Great unit, Great area!
This unit was perfect for my wife and me. It's very private with your own easily accessible parking spot. The owners are wonderful, responding immediately to our initial questions. They've provided everything you'll need in the unit, and it really was like being in our own home. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance which was amazing considering the privacy of the unit. This was definitely our favorite BNB unit, and we'd grab it up in a heartbeat next time we visit our family.
We loved this condo! It's location in beautiful downtown Burbank couldn't have been better for us. We were out visiting our daughter who lives only 4 miles away. The condo is impeccably clean, well appointed and cheerful. T.J. is a great communicator and was readily available if we needed her for anything. We highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

$50 Set Up Charge to Add a Single Trundle Bed (available for more than a 30 day stay). All rates based on double occupancy. Additional fees may apply.
