Boulder Bluff cottage has one bedroom, a futon in the livingroom , a loft accessed by ladder, and sleeps six. It is the smallest but closest to th water of four modern pine cottages built and owned by Carl Blaisdell on 3000 feet of shore frontage on the East side of Symes Pond. These cottages face pristine, undeveloped forest owned by the State of Vermont on the opposite side of Symes . Each cottage is private and secluded from each other by at least 500 feet of forest. Each is located directly on the pond with spectacular views from their front porches. Each cottage has its own private, sandy, beach; perfect swimming for all ages with gradual slope into the water. These knotty pine cottages each feature a cathedral ceiling, fire pit, gas grill, satellite TV, free wi fi available in central location , full kitchen with eating utensils, and gas heat .Two kayaks and canoe or row boat are provided for freeto each cottage . Great fishing for perch, small-mouth bass, pickerel, horned pout (catfish), walleyed-pike. Hiking/ biking trails.
This cottage is great for couples and small family. There is also a tent platform on its site.

UPDATES: Loon Lodge cottage is now reserved for our family use and is not available for rent. The other cottages will not be available until July, 2018 in order that improvements may be made in the spring. Kayaks are now provided for free. No time restrictions on wi-fi use.
