Located between the Florida-Alabama line at Perdido Pass, this luxury complex is situated upon an immaculate stretch of the Gulf Coast, where miles of sugar-white sands give way to shimmering emerald waters and endless horizons, creating an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation!

Regency Isle offers an abundance of upscale amenities imaginable, including a beachfront outdoor pool with a gazebo and grilling area, an indoor pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, a social room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, over 300 feet of private beach access. .

This sixth floor 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home offers FABULOUS unobstructed views of the Gulf, Perdido Key and Ono River/Island, almost 1400 square feet of luxury living, and an open and spacious floor plan. The living area hosts welcoming furnishings, a large 47 in. LCD television and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive (300 sq. ft.) covered terrace. The wet bar sports a blown glass pendant light and an ice maker.

The well equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances, granite counters, a breakfast bar and all the small appliances and utensils necessary to get cooking! The dining area features a dining table with seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private entrance to the huge balcony, SPECTACULAR VIEW, and LED TV with DVD player. The adjoining oversized master bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, large shower, two closets and a double vanity.

The guest bedroom features one queen and one twin bed, LED TV and an adjoining private bathroom. This unit also ceramic tiled flooring, extended 9 ft. ceilings, and a private laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Regency Isle is our favorite property on the beach!

We loved our stay so much! Regency Isle is our favorite property to stay in at the beach. The condos are super roomy, very clean and modern, and convenient with very close access to the beach. We also LOVE having an ice maker in the room. This saves a daily trip to the store to load coolers. The master bathrooms are amazing with huge jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. We always rent from Tammy at Pleasure Isle Properties. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the very best possible with the best prices we are quoted anywhere. If it's doable, she will do it. We love our "happy" bags she leaves for us in the room with huggies, sand spikes, sunblocks, and coupons. Any problems at all and you talk directly with her and she handles them asap. We've been using PIP for 8 years now and will never use anyone else. If you want great customer service, great units, and great prices then Tammy is your girl!

Great vacation and experience!

My vacation began as a positive experience when I booked through Pleasure Island Property Management! Jeff and Tammy were extremely personable and helpful! Their quick responses to my many questions eased my travel anxieties! They truly helped set the tone for my vacation! When we arrived at the property, everything was exactly as Jeff and Tammy explained! The room was very clean and beautiful! The room had everything my family needed for a great, relaxing vacation. I will be contacting Jeff and Tammy to book Regency Isle 604 again!

The property was clean. Plenty sheets, blankets and towels, wash clothes. Kitchen was equipped with.
