Yes, it is ON THE BEACH!!! Pictures of beach were taken from the balcony. This recently remodeled condo is located in the beachfront stack of 14 condos overlooking the beach and the pool. It is a corner unit with windows on the beachfront and the side. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front has gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach service of two chairs and an umbrella daily are included!! The master bedroom is on the water with a sliding door to the balcony. There is a king bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Second bedroom has window overlooking gulf in this corner unit. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite tops and new stainless appliances to include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with in door ice and filtered water dispenser. The condo has tiled floors throughout and a 6 ft by 15 ft balcony overlooking the pool and gulf. Be comfortable at the beach! There are two rocker recliners and a sofa sleeper in the living room to enjoy the gulf views and the 42' flat screen TV. The entire exterior of the complex was remodeled from Oct 2015 to Oct 2016. Please note that condos at Emerald Isle do not have washer/dryers in the individual units. There are coin operated machines in the laundry room on each floor.

There is an outdoor grill overlooking the beach on the wooden deck shown in photos. Kitchen has a five burner glass top stove. The kitchen is fully furnished. Refrigerator/freezer is a side by side with in-door filtered water and ice dispenser. There is one assigned parking space near the elevator and overflow parking available in nearby lot.

A super family retreat

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Emerald Coast, and this condo was absolutely perfect. We loved how close it was to the beach with the beautiful ocean view. We also loved the den recliners for movie watching at night as well as the spacious beds in the guest room for the kids to each have their own bed. Bonus for kiddos not having to share a bed on vacation! The owners were super attentive and courteous!

Everything was perfect!

The condo exceeded our expectations. One of the best units out of all of them. The balcony overlooks the pool, grilling deck, and ocean. The third floor is the perfect level and the highback Adirondack chair allow you to sit and relax and see over the balcony railing. Inside it's clean and well maintained, nothing cheap, it was like a model home. The room is right next to the elevator and the private parking space is right next to the elevator on the first floor. We have stayed at 2 other places on Okaloosa and this is by far the best. We will come back again. Management was very attentive and prompt.

Great condo on third floor great location. Only issue is the laundry facility needs remodeled. The furniture on the balcony which is facing the water is awesome.

The Okaloosa Island area in Ft Walton Beach is called 'The Emerald Coast' for its emerald green waters and sugar-white sand. If you become restless relaxing and the beach or playing in the emerald green waters, there are many other adventures to be had. Nearby Destin harbor, called 'The Luckiest Fishing Village', offers charter fishing from bay fishing to deep water.

There are ocean kayaks and windsurfing equipment for rent. SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) is becoming quite popular in local waters. You can also rent a pontoon boat or jet skis to access Crab Island, which is actually a sand bar. Locals anchor their boats and walk around in the shallow water. It is busiest on weekends, when 'restaurant boats' offer hamburgers, pizza, hot boiled peanuts, and ice cream. Local shopping includes Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Commons, and a Bass Pro Shop. For golfers, Regatta Bay Golf Course and several other courses are nearby. There is a tennis court on site.
