Dalyell Road is nestled between three popular spots comprising Clapham, Brixton and Stockwell and is within 5 minutes of the subway/tube stations. Very good transport links to Victoria Station and Central London.

It is ideally situated for a family, friends or a couple who wants to enjoy the space of this well appointed flat and want easy access to all the tourist attractions.

When the tourist trail proves too much, you will find you are only a five minute walk from the cosmopolitan Clapham High Street with it's amazing array of bars and restaurants. Not to mention the 108 acre Clapham Common.

If that's not enough, at the end of the day you can relax in the beautifully appointed and converted two bedroom flat complete with its own terrace.

Lovely Apartment and Hosts

22 Dalyell Road was a wonderful experience for our first time in London. The hosts, Natalie and Matthew were kind and communicated well with us. They even allowed us an early check in: Very helpful after a long, overnight flight! The apartment was clean and had all of the conveniences needed for a good stay. There were 3 of us in the apartment and it was a perfect size for us. We especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms! The apartment is as pictured on VRBO. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of London city life which was good for us, but could be difficult for a person with decreased mobility. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a quieter stay in London.

Nice but a sewer smell that was unbearable ....

My sister and I rented this flat in October 2017. There was a rank sewer smell from a backed up drain that made it impossible to be in the flat. It was naseating. After a heated discussion at 10pm the owner Matt did make arrangements for us to move the next day to a different flat for the remainder of our stay. He originally tried to deny that there was a problem. My request for a refund for the first night was ignored. I would suggest travelers should make other arrangements at a different place to avoid this unpleasant experience.

Great place for a quiet vacation

First trip to London. We were very nervous regarding our stay in a vacation rental and 22 Dalyell was exactly as pictured. Its beds are comfortable, furniture and amenities very adequate. Made for a very nice stay.

Tube station is a 10-15 minute walk with 3 small local markets in between making grabbing snacks, water or groceries pretty easy. If we return to London, staying at 22 Dalyell would definitely be a must.
