No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Crown Point (Pacific Beach) Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 6-8. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or roller blading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. SeaWorld is walking distance and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Legoland, and The Safari Park.
Crown Point is one of the most desired areas to live in San Diego. This community always has something going including the annual Power Boat Races, 3 Day Breast Walk, Rock and Roll Marathon, The Crew Classic, Over the Line tournaments, and the Polynesian Festival.

Kitchen: Kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped to handle large meals. Lots of room for many chefs in this kitchen.
Living room: Large, bright, airy living room, hard wood floors throughout. Working wood fireplace and 60' Plasma HDTV. Expanded cable, Blu-Ray Player, and a extensive library of DVD movies.
2 Bathrooms: Master Bathroom has a separate stand up shower and large tub. Bathroom #2 has a Jacuzzi shower/tub.
Master Bedroom: Huge master bedroom with full bath. Bedroom is over 300 square feet. Gas fireplace, 42' TV and DVD player round out this room. Skylight and windows make this room very bright and inviting. Glass French doors open into the tropical backyard.
Backyard: Large backyard with expansive tropical theme. Outdoor gas firepit, large 36' barbecue with rotisserie, side burners, sink, bar, refrigerator, kegerator, and hot tub are just some of the amenities. Just imagine making dinner outside and then sitting around the fire pit watching the Sea World fireworks!
Use of Beach Cruiser Bicycles, Free WiFi, DVD and Blu Ray players, Flat Screen HDTV(s), BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, surf and Boogie Boards, Cooler, Inflatable bed(s) for extra guests. Washer and Dryer is on the premises and free to use.
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Attention Guest: In a meeting in July 2018, the SD city council voted on a de-facto ban for all vacation rentals in the city of San Diego effective July 1, 2019. This means that all rentals booked after July 1, 2019 may have to be canceled depending on what happens with the ordinance. We do not know yet what changes will officially be made or if the implementation date may be pushed back, but we want to offer our homes and hospitality while we can. Please note, if you make a reservation for July 2019 or after, the city may require a cancellation of your reservation. We will be in touch with all guests on the progress of the city’s decisions on STVRs.
