Diego and Henry were great hosts, very communicative and took care of our needs. The building is well situated in Recoleta and the unit is nice. Only nit is that the pool on the roof wasn’t working and the unit is a little leaky when it rains, but we still had a very good experience.

My friends and I spent a week in Buenos Aires, it was a wonderful experience we really enjoyed our time together. The Spectacular duplex is a great place. It is in a great location and it was as it shown in pictures. Diego was a wonderful host and extremely helpful the whole week. Diego told us the many places to eat, places to visit. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Argentina. My friends and I hope to go back in the near future.

Upon arrival I found out that main elevator had been out of service for a while. They knew but
Upon arrival I found out that main elevator had been out of service for a while. They knew but didn't say anything. I had to access the apartment through the kitchen as well as my guests. That day we had a heavy rain and water was all over the kitchen and countertops. There was a hole above kitchen window. Phones were not working, and neither was the air conditioner on main bedroom. I had a very warm and humid weather while in Buenos Aires. Diego solved the problem with the kitchen, and brought new batteries for the phones and finally I could get in touch with family and friends. I wasn't going to write a bad review but on the last day Mr. Sussacasa really irritated me. By mistake I left a little bag at the apartment, the one with my documents. I realized my mistake after Diego had left so my nephew, the person in charge of the building and myself started calling him. At first he said he was coming back to open the apartment. After waiting for 45 minutes we called again and then he said we had to go to his home to pick up the keys. At his building we waited for 30 minutes ringing the bell all the time and he didn't answer. So we went back to the apartment and ask the security guy to call the person that lives in the same building and is in charge of the building. He said he didn't have a key and then my nephew decided to go back to Diego's building and then he answered and tossed the keys from the balcony. I am lucky enough to live in a country where customer service is very important. That was not the case in my country of origin. Sad. I wouldn't recommend this property unless the main elevator is replaced and making sure phones work, and a new cleaning lady is hired.
PS. In case Diego tries to contradict me you can ask my nephew Eduardo Mayantz and the person who was on duty Saturday May 6th.
Nicely renovated in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed spending a week in this unit. Modern conveniences abound with ample space for four people. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
