Great Vacation Spot
What a great time me and my wife had. We had so much fun hiking on the property and spending time in peace and solitude in nature. The charcoal grill and camp fire were also a plus.Thank you Scott for your kindness and opening up your cabin to us. We definitely want to come back again!
Great Stay in the woods
Looking for a little get a way, this is the place. My wife and I had a great time in this little cabin near Frankenmuth, MI. It has everything you need for a weekend in a remote area but still close enough to spots that have things to do. We loved it.
Absolutely perfect. Very well hidden away and completely surrounded by wooded natural setting. Peaceful and relaxing! Accommodation were excellent and the cabin was perfect for two. Trails, fire pit, pond, woods, BBQ, and the list goes on. Downtown frankenmuth is about 25 mins away and a blast to visit. Downtown vassar is even closer for supplies/food. You really can't ask for much more. Highly recommended!
Lovely secluded cabin!
My husband and myself enjoyed the cabin and its surroundings. Beautiful green front yard. Deer, rabbits, birds and no neibourghs. Just what we needed.
So glad. I love letting people to enjoy the woods. I was blessed with thanks
Perfect Weekend Getaway
Stayed at this cabin for a weekend away with my girlfriend to enjoy some time away from everything. This was the perfect, peaceful place to do so without being too far out there. The place was clean and well stocked with normally forgotten last minute supplies. We enjoyed the firewood stack to go with the firepit for beautiful nights out by the fire right on the edge of the woods. The trails were a little muddy but that's Michigan weather for you; even while being a little muddy we were able to enjoy a few bike rides and walks through the woods listening to the turkeys.
While the peaceful setting is nice, it isn't too far away from other places you might wanna visit; for instance we were able to make the short 10-15 min drive to Frankenmuth to enjoy the World Expo of Beer during our stay. The owner was responsive and made sure everything was ready for our stay, even going to light the pilot on the heater due to the cooler nighttime temps. This cabin is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all, without being too far out there from civilization.
We will definitely be making a return trip very soon, hopefully to use the trails we couldn't make it onto this last time. Thanks Scott!
