Guest will especially enjoy the 9 1/2 foot ceilings and the large open kitchen-dining-living room which is essential for entertaining. The Condo has an alpine cabin decor with rustic maple furniture, numerous Canadiana paintings, wood-burning stove with faux brick (additional fire logs may be purchased at the main office or stores by the platzal). Deluxe bed linen is 310 to 400 thread count, Bathroom towels are deep pile by Ralph Lauren. Guests should bring Beach Towels. The Condo is located on the main floor and is conveniently located to the complex's amenities: COMMON ROOM with stone fire place and TV, picnic-BBQ area, sauna and summer pool where adults and children gather to enjoy the mountain view, entertain and meet other guests . The slope side rental is close to the activities and fun, but far enough away to preserve the peace and quiet of the surrounding mountains.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river.
A safe wilderness experience for our guests is the 5 minute walk to Kimberley Nature Park (1800 acres or 800 hectors). Several dozen kilometers of multi-use trails criss-cross the forest linking small ponds and panoramic view points. A beautiful place to walk, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe. Maps for $2 downtown. PREMIER LAKE andamp; WASA LAKE, at the base of the Rockies, are a 30 minute drive. The Saint Maryand#39;s River is a 15 minute drive for fly fishing. Wasa Beach is located at WASA LAKE and is a 25 minute drive north of Kimberley on Highway 93 towards Fort Steel. The water is warm.. The Provincial Park has 2 public beaches. access areas for beaching up, picnic area, boating and has a 5 mile paved path around the lake for walkers, joggers, bikers and rollerbladers. Boat and Canoe rental are available, two eateries and a general store. Free beach parking. Premier Lake Prov. Park is 36 minute drive north of Kimberley.

True Ski In/Out. The Condo is directly beside the and#39;MAIN ski run andamp; QUAD CHAIRand#39; so it is truly a ski in/out. It is so easy to ski in for a Condo Lunch or a picnic lunch. Kootenay Haus has a large deck at the top of the mountain and is a great place to take your own lunch. One skis down to buy a lift ticket. In minutes, you can Cross Country Ski to the Kimberley Nordic Cross Country Trails that are groomed, double tracked and lit for night skiing. For Snow Shoeing or Skating, Trickle Creek Winter Park is located at the Golf Course Lodge (3 minute drive)
