Great location, Great character

  • 5 of 5

We had three days in Colorado Springs and this was a great location for all the big attractions. Michael was a great host and provided insight to anything we were interested in doing on the area. The house is old and has plenty of character. It was more than enough room for a family of 4 and had all the comfort of home. It's close to grocery stores and historic Colorado Springs. It's right next to Garden of the Gods and very close to 7 falls and Pikes Peak. You can even see the peak from the front yard. Pick this spot for a home away from home while you enjoy the sights. Do yourself a favor and rent a property from Michael.

Very Cool Place

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this VRBO last weekend. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. If you are expecting a plush accommodations, I would not recommend this house. It is an old house that has been renovated so it has some of the quirks to be expected with a 117 year old house but it also has the character and charm of a house of that age. Mike was very accomadating and receptive to any needs we had. Our first afternoon we were visited while we sitting outside by a fawn who again visited the next morning. The location perfectly situated close to all of the lovely treasures that Manitous Springs has to offer.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

This little cottage was perfectly located for day trips to all of the major sights in and around Colorado Springs. The back patio/yard was a relaxing place to hang out after a busy day. The doe and fawn hanging around the area was an added bonus.
