The Perfect Place!

  • 5 of 5

"A Little House" was absolutely perfect in so many ways, but especially location! There are beautiful little parks around every corner. All of the wonderful sights and restaurants within the old city are within a 5-10 minute walk. The iconic Chateau Frontenac, the boardwalk, and Rue Champlain are a stone's throw away! The house is clean and beautiful and family of six was quite comfortable, and that's hard to find in an urban setting at an affordable price! The owner was incredibly informative, helpful, and quick with his replies. If we make it back to Quebec City, there is no other place that we will stay!

Home Away from Home

  • 5 of 5

I wish I could give this lovely Little House 10 stars! This is our 3rd visit at the Little House and it now feels like our second home. We love everything about it. Steps to the boardwalk and walking distance to all the sights and sounds of Quebec City. The owner is a delight and so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

5 Stars - Absolutely Lovely!

  • 5 of 5

A Little House is absolutely lovely in every way! It's obvious that this thoughtful owner takes pride in providing guests with a clean, comfortable stay. We felt at 'home' from the very first moment our family (of 4) arrived. A three-minute walk to the nearest grocery allowed us to quickly purchase everything needed for a leisurely breakfast every morning and the well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure to use. The shower pressure was fantastic and the towels large and fluffy. We all appreciated the WiFi which allowed us to stay easily connected to friends and family at home as well as to research some of the history of this beautiful city. This was our family's first visit to Quebec City and we could not get over how closely and perfectly located we were to EVERYTHING! No car needed. The owner thoughtfully provided a list of grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants to help us get started. We fell in love with our little house and with Quebec City and dearly wish to visit again. And when we do ..... The Little House is where we will start!

So you have made the choice to go to Quebec City, then stay here. The little house is wonderful. Everything you need to have great stay and the location is perfect. It was my family and I first visit to Quebec and the location of the house was perfect, walk to wonderful cultural sights and outstanding restaurants. Place was neat, clean and very tastefully decorated. The City is wonderful, I wished we lived closer so I visit more often, when I do I will be staying here!

Fabulous Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Our family of five just returned from a trip to Quebec and our first stay at The Little House. The location of the house was very convenient with the Chateau Frontenac just down the block and two parks each a block away. The neighborhood is very safe feeling and quiet, but it's easy to walk to many restaurants, shops and historic sites. The house was perfectly clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and saved a good amount on meals this way. I especially liked that all the floors are slate or hardwood which feels much cleaner than hotel carpet! Finally, our son who slept on the sofa bed reports that it was quite comfortable. I would certainly rent the Little House again if we return to Quebec City.

The ONLY Place to Stay in Quebec City!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at The Little House and it was just as perfect as the 1st visit! The house is 2 blocks to the Chateau and Boardwalk which makes getting around on foot so easy. There are also two small parks nearby that my toddler enjoyed running around. I can't say enough about how much we love this house. We feel right at home from the moment we walk in the door and truly hate to leave what has now become "our " little house in Quebec! Also, parking is a short 5 minute walk from the house and it's very affordable (approx. $22 per day) We'll be back again and again! Don't hesitate to select this property when you are planning your Quebec City visit.
