Why Paige Evans chose Oxford
We think this location is perfect for the person who likes the idea that the car can stay in the driveway. Stroll to the town square, the park for tennis, walking trails and play grounds, or antiquing or enjoying some of the best restaurants and bars in the South. And I am just mentioning the ones that are the closest. There are two James Beard Award winning restaurants just steps from the front door. The University and ballgames with tailgating second to none is only 1.9 miles or there is public transportation nearby. The University also has many nationally known preformances at the Ford Center. Because it is in this little neighborhood it can also be a retreat from some of the excitement if rest is what you desire.
What makes this Cottage unique
We think it is one of the cutest little houses in town. When we started work on this house we decided it had to look like the Oxford houses we had known growing up. I think this sweet little white lap board house has hit the mark.

Ole Miss Weekend
Great location, very clean and had everything we needed! Loved it!
We absolutely adored this gem of a home. The location was ideal. The decor was as sweet as could be. The screen porch and porch swing made my heart sing. I am looking forward to my next visit in May.
Perfect home away from home in Oxford
From the moment we got to the house, we felt right at home. Paige keeps the property immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. The street is quiet and close proximity to the square and the university. We will definitely be staying at her house again in the future.
Perfect for our family.
What a great place. Location is good and the house is very charming. We will definitely return.
No expense spared in remodeling this house!!!
Beautifully styled and meticulously remodeled this house offers the comfort and conveniences of modern living yet maintains its original charm and character. There is so much to see and appreciate about this house but perhaps the most important is that this house is SO CLEAN you feel like your are the first person to stay here. The location is perfect, its a cute quiet neighborhood with a very short drive (or walk) to the square. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and she has fabulous taste in furnishings!! We will stay here again.
Comfortable and Convenient
Darling home conveniently located to the square and campus. We were there for graduation and it met our needs perfectly. The back porch is fantastic and of course we walked to Big Bad Breakfast. The Wifi was spotty - kept disconnecting, but other than that it was the perfect spot for us.
Located less than a mile from downtown Oxford's charming town square with its many shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Convenient to the beautiful Ole Miss campus known for its best in the nation tailgating on football weekends, extraordinary architecture, park like campus and exciting SEC sporting events. This home is also just steps away from two of James Beard winner John Currance's restaurants, local favorites Snack Bar and Big Bad Breakfast.
