Punta Villa is so much more than just another beautiful house. It is a villa located by the seaside with our premises ending right on our secluded beach.
Staying at Punta Villa is the right choice if you are looking for relaxation and luxury in a home atmosphere, combined with breathtaking sunsets and being able to reach your private beach in just a few steps. The villa with views of the Aegean and the of Kea and Euboea, is built with respect to the Cycladic architecture, in the colors of light blue and white and it is surrounded by 7000m2 of lovely gardens with hundreds of olive, cypress, fig, pomegranate and other kind of trees and flowers. In the villa's premises you will also find wonderful chapel built of stone.
The villa consists of three levels. All rooms have sea side views of the Aegean waters.
• The main house that is on the upper and middle level, has a master bedroom on the upper level which has its own living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The middle level has a beautiful room with a single bed and one charming double room with two single beds. Furthermore, a very small room with single bed is located in the middle level able to accomodate a child if needed. The beautiful living room with traditional decor, a fireplace and a comfortable sofa is right next to the dining room and the beautiful kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ideal for exploring traditional Greek recipes. All bedrooms of the upper and middle level have air conditioning.
• At the lower level, you will find the two guesthouses. The first guest house can accomodate four people and it consists of two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds both with seating areas. The second guesthouse has one double bed and can accommodate two people and also has a sitting area. Both guesthouses have their own bathrooms as well as wonderful little kitchenettes.
• All the rooms in all levels of the house have big verandas and breathtaking views of the Aegean.
The villa and facilities are private. The private beach is shared with our neighbours.
The house is located at the end of a beautiful peninsula, 12km from the port of Andros and only 6km from the magnificent Batsi. In Batsi village there are delightful sandy beaches and plenty of restaurants and taverns serving local delicacies as well as bars for a magical night out.
The Chora of Andros which is one of most beautiful you will find in the Cyclades, is within 20km from the villa. Andros is a very a big island (the second biggest of the Cyclades), with many options, but also significant distances. The house is located right on the middle of the island in the most convenient position possible, close enough to all locations.
The area is quite private. There are only a few houses arround, who are friends and are well behaved and quite people.
Renting a car and preferably a jeep is necessary. We can assist you with the rental.
Other Things to Note
We or the person in charge of the villa will meet you at the villa or at a central place nearby, upon arrival to give you the keys and show you some of the features of the house. You will have our mobile phone numbers and email in case you need anything. We will give you a tour guide made by us, with recommendations in order to make your stay as magical as possible.
Getting to Andros
From Elftherios Venizelos Airport in Athens, Rafina port is 30' by Taxi. From the port, Andros is only two hours by ferry. We can make all the needed arrangements (taxi and ferry tickets).

Pebbled or sandy, all of them the have crystal clear blue or emerald waters that will please even the most demanding visitor.
