La casa ha una terrazza circondata da bouganville, un piccolo giardino privato e oltre la vista delle acque turchesi del Mediterraneo. Il mare è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa e 10 minuti a piedi portano a una spiaggia sabbiosa nelle vicinanze. Si trova in un condominio privato, senza auto o strade vicino alle case. C'è un parcheggio privato nelle aree di parcheggio dietro. Le case basse sono circondate da bouganville, ulivi e giardini. Campi da tennis e piscine sono sulla proprietà e riservati ai residenti e ai loro ospiti.
Soggiorno e cucina sono collegate, 2 camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale e 2 bagni. TV, lavatrice, microonde.
L'area si trova a 800 metri da Porto Rotondo con negozi, ristoranti, teatro, il famoso porto oltre a case e hotel esclusivi. Siti archeologici, paesaggi spettacolari e formazioni rocciose si trovano a 30 - 40 minuti d'auto e in pochissimo tempo si può viaggiare dai vecchi villaggi tradizionali dell'interno ai lussuosi porti, alberghi e ristoranti e boutique lungo la costa.

Magnifica vacanza

La casa è inserita in un contesto molto curato e dalla vista incantevole, a pochi passi dal centro di Porto Rotondo. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e la casa, funzionale e con splendida veranda, è stata all'altezza delle aspettative.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön! Auch das Baden direkt an den Steinen mit Sonnenliegen und Schirmen war sehr angenehm!Die Wohnung war für uns zu viert etwas eng. Man hatte wenig Platz und in der kleinen Küchenecke konnte nur eine Person stehen.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and very practical. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and has a large seating area with an amazing view. It is near the sea with different seating areas with chairs and umbrellas. The village is beautiful and is nearby, half an hour walk or a few minutes with the shuttle bus. There are numerous restaurants and nice bars for an aperativo. We loved it at Punta Volpe in Porto Rotondo!

5 stars for location (with excellent views) and excellent complex. 3 stars for apartment. The location was excellent, the town close by was lovely, with good restaurants (but too far to walk and parking was a challenge). Beaches within walking distance were very nice. The only downside was the apartment, for the cost we felt it was small and of poor quality the air conditioning was only in 1 room.

Amazing

We had the most wonderful 10 days at this beautiful place. The surroundings are absolutely top-class. I don’t think there are many other places like this.We quickly fell in love with it.The host, Shila, is easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The same goes for the neighbors, who were ready to help and always greeted us when we met.If you’re looking for peaceful surroundings and lovely idyll, this is the place.We had specifically searched for authentic Sardinia – and that’s exactly what we got, 100%.

We had the pleasure of meeting the host, at her Rome Apartment. A very gracious and elegant professional photographer. The essence of her photo works carries to her presentation of the condo. Everything was explained in advance, with detailed written, instructions and pictures Everything was as explained and all of our expectations were fulfilled, with follow-ups from the host making sure everything was perfect. Although this was a work trip with days off in between it was a wonderful holiday for my wife and I. Highly recommend this getaway and hope to return with some other friends of ours that stayed here previously. Give stars Fred and Lorraine

Great location

The property grounds were beautiful. The private beach area was perfect, no need to drive in search of beaches. It was a short walk into Porto Rotondo and 2 other lovely beaches.

Tres belle situation et super lieu de vacances

Tres belle residence, appartement propre mais qui necessiterrait quelques remises a niveau comme la literie, mais cela reste un appartement de vacances avec une super grande terrasse ombragée.. La résidence est superbe, la plage est magnifiquement aménagée.

Excellent Property in a Great Location .

We were not disappointed in any way with the property , the views from the outside space where beautiful . There are a lot of very nice beaches in easy reach and the swimming pool was 5 mins away . Just had a few issues locating the property even with Shelia excellent guide .

Summer Holiday 2022

Had a lovely time in Sheila’s property - beaches nearby were lovely and the bus service meant no need for a car if you stay fairly local. Lots of good restaurants nearby and supermarkets with lovely (if expensive) ingredients for cooking at home. Veranda was a lovely place to sit in the evening and it was great to have the pool, sea swimming area and tennis courts on hand.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage am Ende des Kaps ist wunderschön angelegt, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und sehr sicher! Die einzelnen Apartments/Häuser sind umgeben von hohen, blühenden Sträuchern, so dass nahezu nichts von außen einsehbar ist. Pool und Strandanlage sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist klein, für uns als Paar aber natürlich völlig ausreichend. Dafür ist die beschattete Terrasse um so größer und sehr gut möbliert. Die Kommunikation mit Sheila lief reibungslos, und wir bekamen jede Menge Tipps. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Kann mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden. Danke Sheila für alles.

Emplacement superbe mais appartement vieillissant

Nous avons été enchanté de la situation et de la vue de cet appartement ,la terrasse était très agréable et bien aménagée par contre à l’intérieur les photos laissent imaginer une déco plutôt sympa mais quand on n’y regarde de près tout est vieillissant pour une location avec un prix qui laisse présager d un appartement de qualité Les draps étaient tâchés, les matelas non protégés avec des taches ! le micro-ondes d’un autre temps ! La vaisselle parfois en plastique ! L eau de la douche ne s évacuer pas et le lavabo fuyait ! La propriétaire est charmante certes mais personne pour nous recevoir ! un descriptif très très très très très très comblé complet, 30 pages à lire en anglais ce qui pour moi n’était pas des plus simple ! Il y a vraiment de gros progrès à faire sur la rénovation de cet appartement ,Surtout compte tenu du prix demandé le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas

Fantastic place and great host!

Sheila’s place at Costa Smeralda is pure magic. The apartment is not big and the beds are a bit narrow, but when you sit at the veranda covered in flowers and stare at the ocean it really doesn’t matter. The private beach (cliffs) has small areas where you can spend the entire day in comfy chairs or diving in the crystal clear water. The nearest city, Porto Rotondo, has a great harbour front with restaurants and can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. The host Sheila is very helpful and answered any questions we had during the stay :-)

A little haven

Sheila’s little house is in an idyllic spot, quiet and with stunning views from the terrace and garden. It’s in a smallish development that I imagine was built to evoke an old Sardinian village. The properties are attractively arranged along twisting walkways which lead down to the bathing areas and swimming pool. It was the end of the season when we were there so it was very quiet indeed. You could sit in the garden and hear birds singing and waves lapping, possibly two of the most relaxing sounds on Earth. The house, although small, is very comfortable and the terrace is a wonderful place to sit or lie either in dappled shade or full sun. It’s the perfect place for relaxing, eating, talking and drinking the very good local Vermentino wine. There is a very pretty beach five minutes walk away which never had more than a dozen people on it and often we were the only people there. I imagine it’s much busier in summer. Porto Rotondo itself is five minutes drive and pleasant to walk around. Unfortunately, as we were there in early October, almost all the restaurants were closed but there would be a good choice earlier in the season. We visited Tartarughino a few times. The food was lovely and the staff very friendly. Sheila provides lots of information about the area, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and walks. Within reasonable driving distance you can visit Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda and wander around the upmarket shops and then you can go to Arzachena and visit the archaeological remains nearby and imagine a different lifestyle. We had a wonderful week and fell in love with the area and plan to go back. Perhaps in April when all of Sheila’s favourite restaurants and bars are open!

Didn’t want to leave

Sheila is a great host, although we didn’t meet her, she gave us detailed instructions on everything that we needed for our fantastic stay. Her villa is gorgeous and Porto Rotondo is beautiful and a great place to stay. Sheila kindly offered to let us stay until the evening of our departure date as we had a late ferry to Italy to catch. I would recommend this villa to anyone as we had a fantastic time there. Thank you Sheila, we hope to return in the future

Magnifique endroit

Punta Volpe est un endroit magnifique. nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin et le bord de mer. Malgré un temps changeant en mai, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Grâce au petit radiateur, nous avons pu passer des moments confortables à l'intérieur lorsque le temps était plus frais. Sheila nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations pour préparer notre séjour, les plages, restaurants et balades aux alentours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant da Giovannino à Porto Rotondo . Pour la balade, le Pevero Health trail et Golfo Aranci.

WONDERFUL OUT-OF-SEASON VISIT

What a wonderful out-of-season visit!! Invigorating air and sunshine and spring flowers everywhere covering the hills and mountains and in the private garden in front of the terrace/patio area where we had lunch and relaxed. We explored the endless beaches and the archeological ruins of the nuraghe in the hills. Sometimes we had dinner at home in this comfortable, welcoming house and other times ate in Porto Rotondo or in Golfo Aranci or drove up to San Pantaleo to see the extraordinary rock formations and then have a drink in the Piazza. Location! 150 steps along and down to the water where there are lounge chairs and umbrellas at the edge of the sea. You are right there and have no need to drive or even bike any distance at all. It is close to Porto Rotondo with its shops, bars and restaurants. The area offers a variety of excursions plus cultural and pleasurable activities, all close at hand.
