Groovin' at the Grove, unit 611 at Beachside Villas, is THE UNIT closest to the beach. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25.

Complete $6 million dollar renovation of the exterior of our complex is now complete and looks fantastic. Also with the exterior of the complex our unit got new doors and windows, including patio doors. We are also installing new vinyl flooring in the coming week. Our tennis courts were recently refinished and are now tennis/pickleball courts. Equipment to play is usually available in the office but bring your own to be sure not to miss out on playing.
Offering a wonderful view of the Gulf from our living room/patio, this 2 Bedroom Condo is the larger of the 2 bedroom units at BSV. This is a ground floor level unit so there are no steps to climb. Parking is available right by the building for easy loading and unloading. Complementary WiFi is available so bring your laptops.
Our first floor unit has a master suite and full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds, full bath across the hall, plus there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three Smart TV's in the unit plus DVD player. A fully functional kitchen with everything you will need is provided with wonderful stainless steel appliances. A small wine cooler is also provided. All the beds have wonderful linens and our towels are top notch, too! Our unit is Non-Smoking. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
The amenities of the complex includes two outdoor pools (one heated for winter use), 2 lighted tennis courts/pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole game, outdoor grills, party deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
When you are ready to hit the beach, head down to your beach access right at the end of San Roy Road. For your convenience, the complex offers complimentary beach cart rides to and from the beach access. If you prefer to walk, it's only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.
If you enjoy biking, bring your bikes or rent one nearby so you can enjoy the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long, paved path running the length of Scenic Highway 30A. The area is home to a number of award-winning golfing courses, including Camp Creek, Shark’s Tooth, Origins, Santa Rosa Beach Golf and Beach Club, Kelly Plantation, Camp Creek and Windswept Dunes.
Take in an afternoon of shopping at the spectacular Pier Park, a mega-outdoor shopping mall with more than a million square feet of specialty shops, restaurants and a movie theater in Panama City, just 15 miles east on Highway 98. The new Panama City International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away. To the west is Destin, where you will find the outlets at the Silver Sands Factory Stores. Deep sea charter fishing is available in Panama City and Destin. Great bars and award-winning restaurants are available within driving distance of Beachside Villas Unit 611, including 30A and Fish Out of Water.
Many of our guests are repeat guests and many stay multiple weeks and make their reservation at least a year in advance.
While the owners live out of town, they do have a local representative who can assist you with any maintenance issues that might arise. We are very hands on and make several trips a year to the unit to make sure everything is as it should be for our guests enjoyment.
