Great location!

  • 3 of 5

The town of Crested Butte is wonderful from the cute miner homes to the friendly people and the amazing food. The condo is located close to the slopes and was very convenient and easy to get in and out. The condo had a few issues but overall was nice. There were a few broken blinds, sheets that didn’t fit the king size bed, one cold shower and a smell from the neighbors cooking. There was lots of room, plenty of wood for fires, four bathrooms with lots of towels. We had a great time!!

Home Away from Home!!

  • 5 of 5

Traditionally every year we vacation in the Colorado mountains We have pretty much narrowed it down to Mt Crested Butte in Sept. This year we stayed at this wonderful condo. We truly enjoyed ourselves here with the full window views. We also enjoyed being able to load and unload the van on the same level as the front door. The bus stop was right outside which made it easy for me.I want to stay here again next year, hopefully for a little longer. Thank you for such a Wonderful "Home away from Home" !

This unit is very comfy, well equipped, spacious with lots of attention to detail. The 4 baths really come in handy! The fireplace is very nice! Beware that the bunk beds really need upgraded mattresses. The views are outstanding. The free bus stops right outside! Wonderful place!

Beautiful view, great bedrooms, nice hot tub

  • 4 of 5

After the property watchdog realized we are actually grown responsible adults there to spend money and enjoy the state .... not to cause trouble ... she relaxed and stopped eyeballing us so hard.

The unit is great, lots of natural woodwork and plenty of beds and showers.

The appliances could stand an upgrading ... but all worked.

Didn't realize it had wifi till a few days in ... not listed in the table book.

The city bus stops right at parking lot every 20 mins so that's a plus.

Crested butte is a great little town

Owner's Response: Hi Bill The HOA manager does have an office in the building and perhaps she was the person you were referring to? I'm sorry if she made you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in any way. She's a lovely person and I think she'll be shocked when I mention this to her. Glad you found the condo comfortable and thank you for your kind words. The wifi is posted on the hard plastic placard in the condo. We reference this in the book with all the other ins and outs. I'm sorry you didn't see it sooner but to confirm the entire complex has wifi. The hot tub area was just redone last year and I'm delighted that you enjoyed it! The access to it from your unit is about as easy as it gets. Hope that you can make it back out here! Shay

Fabulous condo

  • 5 of 5

What a great spot! We had a fantastic stay at this spacious condo. It was especially nice ot have so much communal space downstairs for our group of 4 to hang out. We loved the hot tub and getting to know the super friendly neighbors too. The property managers were easy to work with and left us alone. Highly recommended!

Spacious, views and convenient!

  • 4 of 5

Great stay.

Pros: Loved the condo and location. Views are to die for! 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children....plenty of room! With windows closed, condo is very quiet. Comfy beds. Lots of bathrooms!

Cons: Would have loved some outdoor seating...even just some resin chairs to sit, have coffee and enjoy the beauty right in front of you. Kitchen had all you need except for things like salt and pepper, oil, spices, Pam etc...(every place we've stayed has always supplied those 'essentials') just be aware and bring your own. I cleaned the windows because they were really dirty and obstructed the views. Not a big deal, but the wow factor gets lost underneath the fingerprints and dirt.

We all had a wonderful time and fell in love with Crested Butte.

This condo is located within 1/3 of a mile to the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Snowboarding, skiing, nordic skiing, ice skating, and snowmobiling are just minutes away in the winter. IN the summer, ride straight up the mountain and enjoy some fantastic single track or downhill mountain biking. More single track abounds in the nearby vicinity.
