Fabulous condo

  • 5 of 5

What a great spot! We had a fantastic stay at this spacious condo. It was especially nice ot have so much communal space downstairs for our group of 4 to hang out. We loved the hot tub and getting to know the super friendly neighbors too. The property managers were easy to work with and left us alone. Highly recommended!

Spacious, views and convenient!

  • 4 of 5

Great stay.

Pros: Loved the condo and location. Views are to die for! 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children....plenty of room! With windows closed, condo is very quiet. Comfy beds. Lots of bathrooms!

Cons: Would have loved some outdoor seating...even just some resin chairs to sit, have coffee and enjoy the beauty right in front of you. Kitchen had all you need except for things like salt and pepper, oil, spices, Pam etc...(every place we've stayed has always supplied those 'essentials') just be aware and bring your own. I cleaned the windows because they were really dirty and obstructed the views. Not a big deal, but the wow factor gets lost underneath the fingerprints and dirt.

We all had a wonderful time and fell in love with Crested Butte.

Fun condo, Shay was terrific to work with!

  • 4 of 5

Eight adults stayed in this cute little condo for 5 days & 6 nights. Good central location. The bus picks up right at the condo parking lot if you want a ride but while we were there they only ran every 30 minutes. A little bit of a hike to the ski base if you have your boots on & carrying equipment but manageable. We didn't mind but it might be an issue for some.

The condo itself was darling. Lots of fluffy towels, a washer & dryer that was handy & a small but adequate kitchen. The 4 full bathrooms were great; each couple got their own. Plenty of firewood and a fireplace that wonderfully kicked out the heat. We had a couple of cooked meals in-house and there was plenty of dining seating but the living room was tiny with limited seating. There is one couch and one small love seat which left half our group sitting on the floor or in hard-backed chairs; which at the end of a day of skiing it's nice to have a soft spot to sit, stretch out and share "no pain no gain" stories of the day on the slopes. We had an issue with the bunk bed mattresses as well. Apparently the 4 of our group that got the bunk beds said they preferred sleeping on the floor. The mattresses were desperately in need of updating. We thought the fold out couch in the living room would be an alternative for 2 of them but when it was pulled out was found to be unusable due to broken support straps and such so those 4 of our group ended up unhappy with their lack of good sleep.

Overall I would recommend this condo if you only have little kids sleeping on the bunk beds and I would highly recommend if they were to replace those mattresses and add some more comfy seating to the living room (& fix that fold out sofa). Overall a really good bang for the buck if you're coming to beautiful Crested Butte!

Thanks to Shay too who is prompt with her responses and wonderful to work with, we enjoyed our trip to Crested Butte very much and will be back soon!

Great Location for Family to enjoy Hiking Trails & Mountain Biking

  • 5 of 5

The 2 levels were perfect with grandparents on the main & the spacious upstairs for our daughter's family with 2 boys. We rode the path to town, took the lifts to the Evolution Bike Park, and explored the trails Crested Butte is famous for. The beds were comfy, baths stocked well, and we appreciated the large table for dining and for games. Walking to the base area for concerts was a plus. We had a wonderful week & would recommend this condo for comfort, size, and location. We hope to return to enjoy it again.

This condo is located within 1/3 of a mile to the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Snowboarding, skiing, nordic skiing, ice skating, and snowmobiling are just minutes away in the winter. IN the summer, ride straight up the mountain and enjoy some fantastic single track or downhill mountain biking. More single track abounds in the nearby vicinity.
