25+ feet of oceanfront floor-to-ceiling glass floods this spacious 3BR, 3BA condo with sunlight, the sounds of the surf, and the beauty of the Atlantic.
The condo complex is well-landscaped and maintained. Parking is by pass only -- you will get 2 for this 3BR unit. Luggage carts lighten the load on move-in and out days. Two elevators service your building so condo entrance and exit is fast and easy.
The floors, from the front door through all the living areas and bathrooms, are tiled which adds to the 'light' feeling; they are cool to your bare feet, and make the condo feel extra clean. The bedroom floors have hardwood-look luxury tile.
With about 1600 square feet in the condo, there's plenty of space for the whole group in the living room, in the dining area, and on the balcony. Each of these areas easily holds 8+ people. The LR/DR have just been re-decorated with a new sofa (with queen bed), new love seat, new fabric on dining chairs and bar stools, and new accessories. And the living room is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV (wall mounted, full motion), a DVD player, a stereo with CD player plus MP3 player jack, and a library of movies, books and games.
About the bedrooms: each of the three bedrooms has its own bath, a 32-inch flat screen cable TV with built-in DVD player, and plenty of closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, just painted, has a king bed. It opens to the balcony, giving it a beautiful ocean view. If you love all the sunlight during the day but prefer a dark room for sleeping, just close the custom-made blackout drapes! Bedroom two has a brand new queen bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to make as many meals at home as you wish. The kitchen has been updated with a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new faucet, and new paint color. Nearby is a wetbar to assist your blending of those special concoctions!
What to do??
You can spend all day on the beach sunning, playing in the surf, building sand castles, walking along the beach, or shelling. As an alternative, swim in the pools, deepen your tan on the large sun decks, or relax in the hot tubs. Fish right from the beach or from either the Garden City Pier or Surfside Pier, both within walking distance.
If adventure is your passion, try parasailing, jet skiing, wind surfing, kayaking, etc.
Start your day on the balcony with a great cup of coffee and then enjoy the late afternoon stillness with a favorite cocktail. While you're there, see if you can spot the dolphins swimming by.
You may just find that your car stays in the same parking place all week long!
But there's plenty nearby to enjoy as well. Golfers -- you're in golfing heaven with over 100 courses in the area. Have a scrumptious dinner at one of the Murrells Inlet restaurants and watch the sun set over the waterway. Visit Brookgreen Gardens. Go deep sea fishing. Take advantage of this shopping mecca with every type retail store nearby -- high end boutiques to outlet malls. Or, drive (or ride along in) a real NASCAR race car. Visit a theme park -- lots of water parks in the area. Take in a concert or dance the night away. And the list goes on!
The view from the balcony and from so many rooms!! Water has always been soothing to us -- the steady motion of the tide and the sound of the waves fills us with peace. We also love to cruise. The view from the condo and its balcony remind us of being at sea. Even while doing chores, all we have to do is look up and glimpse the beauty of the ocean -- makes painting a lot easier!!
What a beautiful condo!!! So spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the large balcony with early morning coffee and evening drinks. I would highly recommend this condo. I promise....you will love it!!
Beautiful condo! Very spacious and clean! Great shopping and restaurants close bye. I already miss walking the beach and sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view.

Nice condo and had a great time with family. Close to many retail stores without having to travel into MB. Only suggestion I would have would be to come up with a private pass card to pool as there were several daily outsiders enjoying the pool especially with public parking right next door. Had to involve security who comes in at 6pm twice due to these outsider behaviors.
Well kept and maintained unit. Very clean, well equipped. Pleasant surroundings. Quiet, but bright and cheerful. Convenient to stores as well as restaurants and Brookgreen Gardens. Easy access to golf courses and other entertainment venues. A great place to spend the winter.
The view is everything you could ask for and you could not get any closer to the beach. the pictures accurately display the unit. It was clean and the management company made it easy to check in and out. The extra ice maker did not work, but that was not a major inconvenience. Unit is a little dated. Car is necessary, but we wanted to be away from the masses. All in all a good value.
My Family and I enjoyed this roomy and very comfortable location. The weather was not greatest during our stay but that did not dampen our time here. We grilled on the George Foreman Grill and there was plenty of ice for the cooler.
Oceanfront at family-oriented Garden City Beach. Away from the noise but conveniently located to Myrtle Beach's entertainment and attractions and to South Carolina's seafood capital, Murrells Inlet.
