About the property

This totally redecorated condo is only a short walk to the beach. This is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the building. The living, dining and master bedroom areas are surrounded by sliding glass doors which open onto a very large wrap-around deck. There is also a beautiful 3 season room off the master bedroom.The bay front view rivals any in Ocean City and affords a place of quiet at the end of the day as you enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The condo was purchased new in 1995, but was totally redecorated this year.

The unit has a full size washer and dryer, 3 TV's, DVD player and a wireless internet connection. The unit has all appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked. Renters only need to bring food, paper products and linens. Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room as well as an Aero bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Umbrella and beach chairs are available for renter's use. There is an outside shower to use for rinsing when returning from the beach.

This lovely condo has never been rented through an agency and is in pristine condition. Located on the bay at 79th Street, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Original owner is a retired Baltimore County administrator who maintains the condo in pristine condition.The property has been maintained as my second home rather than as a rental property and we expect our renters to maintain this level of excellence.

This property is in a small building of only 12 units and there are no high rises that access the beach at 79th Street. .Therefore, the beach is generally much less crowded than in most of the areas.

Spacious with great views many accommodations from the owner

Over all the condo was very spacious with many amenities to fulfill your needs from coffee filters to beach chairs and umbrellas. Basically whatever you needed was already there. Only downfall was a minor cleaning issue but other than that it wasn't a bad stay. I would regiment to anyone to stay here !

Great Place and Location

This was our first time staying at Sue's condo and it will not be our last.

First, the communication with Sue during this vacation planning was excellent and she was very responsive. When we arrived, the place was clean and exactly how the pictures captured (the sunset from the patio was even better in person). The location of the place is perfect. It was quiet but still had plenty of activities around that we could walk. When we ended our vacation, Sue left clear instructions and it was a smooth exit.

We can't wait to plan next year's summer vacation with Sue.
