We really liked our unit. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. They even had extra beach chairs. The staff, however, were just terrible. Not friendly, took their jobs way too seriously, unaccomodating. They told us last minute that we had a pass for only one car and that the second one was extra. (A 2-bedroom unit should accommodate 2 cars-period), we were allowed only ONE pool bracelet-others were extra. Again, a 2-bedroom only providing one bracelet is ridiculous. We dropped a toilet paper roll into water by accident and I went to the office and asked for ONE ROLL. There was a box with hundreds of rolls in plain sight. You would have thought I was asking the girl for a kidney. I literally had to BEG. They also deemed it a good idea to do a/c work for hours and shut the air off completely. In JULY. Woke up and it was 81 degrees in the unit. Aside from the staff, it’s a nice condo-loved the restaurant/drink/ice cream tiki bar, the unit, the cold pool and all else!
I am sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with us. I have looked into the items you mentioned and spoken with the staff member who assisted you. The Guest Services team member did not realize that a roll had been damaged and followed our normal protocol of not providing extras beyond the starter kit provided. After you explained the damage, she did give you extra. We hope you accept our sincerest apologies for the confusion regarding the toilet tissue.
We also try to keep our guests fully informed of the HOA enforced atmosphere here at Watercrest, including parking passes and pool bands as well as the charges associated with them. We have them listed in the mobile app, in the emails that get sent to guests prior to arrival, and during our pre-arrival call but I will look into this and try to make it easier for other guests to be well-informed.
The repairs needed for the AC were required by the HOA at Watercrest and we tried to give as much of a notice as possible. We know that this was an inconvenience and we send our deepest apologies.
We are glad that you enjoyed your time otherwise and hope that in the future, you will allow us to host your stay again.

This is our second visit to Watercrest we visited 3 years ago & when we had to cone to PCB for World Series of Softball that when we decided to come back & we're glad we did. We love the comfort & easy of getting into our unit & the entrance to the beach front. Also love the lower lagoon being not so hectic & less stressful with people & traffic.

Beautiful Location....Great Condo
The condo was just as described! Great updates and very comfy beds. Lots of room for 7 people and a beautiful view of the gulf. It's located directly in front of the elevator so extremely easy to unload luggage and groceries. We would definitely stay here agian!
