The House is very nice, the ad is deceiving

  • 3 of 5

Like I said the overall house is very nice, we had everything we needed. The deck and patio are very nice, wonderful furniture. Only one tv in living room.Would have been nice to have one in Master Bedroom. Like I said the ad is very deceiving. The first pictures you see are of the lake, with the chairs and picnic table. What it doesn't say is that this is down the road a little way and this is not a lake front property. With that in mind I feel the price I paid was some what high for not being a lake front property. I was some what disappointed about this, to say the least.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking to time to write a response regarding your stay here in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. I will certainly ask the owner if he would consider adding an additional TV in the bedroom. As to the location of the lake, I did quite clearly in my description indicate that it was a short walk to the beach and that it was across the street, my additional descriptions do not indicate it as a Lakefront home and that it has Lake views. Should you decide to return in the future I am sure we could make some monetary adjustments for you. I will try to improve my descriptions. Sincerely, Lee Rental Property Manager Century 21 Farm & Forest Realty
