Perfect spot for exploring Annapolis
Jackie was a great host. Very communicative and the apartment was perfectly prepared. It is located in a great area, making walking down West St and Main St quick and easy. The backyard patio is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. We would definitely return on future trips.
Annapolis First Timer
I enjoyed my stay in this Annapolis apt. Access to historic district was fantastic and convenient for those who enjoy walking to explore the town. The nearby park was a great place for morning coffee near the water. The backyard courtyard is a cozy space for conversation and down time between visits to local restaurants and historic sights.
In apartment - each room has wall mounted air conditiner/heaters with separate controls. I did need to educate myself on how to use them. Airy and open feeling from large skylight in the bathroom that allowed for natural light in entrance area. Convenient washer/dryer in kitchen.. Steep steps to upstairs apt . The owner offers a binder with directions to area stores, restaurants and sights- very helpful. Heed owner's advice regarding on street parking !
Entire stay was great - only comment - it slept 3 perfectly. Blowup mattress in sofa lost air during night so third guest just slept on sofa. I can’t imagine where roll-away bed would fit - don’t believe unit could sleep 5 or 6. Sorry!
Thank you for your nice review- I am glad you had a nice stay!
The pull out couch is a queen sized, innerspring/air topper mattress. You dont have to inflate the topper to have it be comfortable. If you do inflate it, just like any air mattress, it may deflate a little bit.
The fold up cot is best used for a child. I have parents use it in the bedroom.
This apartment does not fit 6 people, ever. 5 is crowded, but doable. It is best with 4 or less.
Located in the heart of Annapolis, we are perfectly located for a great stay to enjoy all that Annapolis has to enjoy!
I definitely recommend this residence. It is in a perfect location where you can walk to all the major attractions.
I would highly recommend this property. It was so close to everything! The bedroom was very inviting and beautifully decorated. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Jackie was a great host giving us all the details we needed to have an amazing stay!!
Great location, wonderful accommodations, super host! Loved our getaway so close to the center of Annapolis.
Located in Annapolis' historic district upscale neighborhood of Acton's Landing, this landmark building has been completely renovated. The apartment renovations were completed in 2012. This building is located 1/2 block from a water access park (water taxi access), and just blocks away from everything Annapolis' downtown has to offer.
Perfect for Naval Academy functions (parents weekends, homecoming, sporting events), boat shows, weekend getaways, or longer term rentals for business or pleasure.
Blocks away from the best downtown restaurants and shopping. Also blocks away from historic sights and museums.
Within walking distance to everything.
