Located on Paris’s prestigious Left Bank, the spacious apartment is nestled between the Ecole Militaire and Les Invalides. It is on a quiet street but just minutes away by foot from the world-famous Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, U.N.E.S.C.O., Musee Rodin, Musee Branly, Musee d’Orsay, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Trocadero, and the rue Cler, one of the best street markets in Paris. Paris’s 7th arrondissement is true chic aristocracy.
Your apartment is on the second floor of a classic building with secure entry and elevator. There are 5 French windows across the front of the apartment letting in the gorgeous light from the wrap-around balcony. Around the corner you can catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment windows are double-glazed for your comfort.
The 105 square meter (1,130 square feet) apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of 1940’s antiques and contemporary. The artwork was especially selected to give you the true feeling of being in Paris, the City of Light.
Your apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from three different Metro stations (Ecole Militaire, St-Francois Xavier, and Segur).
The living room is comprised of an L-shaped sofa together with an eclectic side chair. The flat screen TV adds to the entertainment aspect of the space. This connects to the dining room where you will find elegant comfortable seating for 6.
The Master bedroom has ample storage together with a Queen-sized bed. It can be configured into two twins. It is a beautiful space with the light coming in the two French windows.
The second bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe and a window looking down on the interior garden. The Full-sized bed will certainly provide for a good night’s sleep.
The third bedroom contains a garden-view and a high-quality sleeper sofa for two. There is also a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player.
The large bathroom contains a bathtub with hand-held shower, good shelving and lots of space; while the smaller one has a traditional shower, Metro tiles, and toilet. The second toilet with sink is separately located at the end of the hall. High-quality bath linens are provided throughout together with a hairdryer in each bathroom.
The kitchen is Italian Design. Everything if beautifully coordinated in shades of blue. It contains a full-size refrigerator with freezer, cook top, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, easy-to-use espresso machine, etc. Your kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a simple breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails & hors d’oeuvres (or amuse-bouche), or something more substantial. There is also a coffee or breakfast bar in the kitchen for your convenience.
The apartment is best for 2 couples traveling together or a family with older children.

Great place; terrific location
On a scale of one to ten, this was an eleven. It Is a beautiful apartment, in a great location and a cute neighborhood. There is a nice restaurant and a grocery store, directly across the street. On the corner, one hundred feet away from the apartment, there is a very good bakery.
Our party was two couples and one individual. We had plenty of room. We have been to Paris, several times, in the past two years. Usually, we stay in five-star hotels. This was infinitely better.
Very comfortable and spacious apartment, conveniently located to all Paris sights
We had a wonderful stay in David's apartment, conveniently located to all the major Paris sights. There are two Metro stations (Saint Francois Xavier and Ecole Militaire) very close to the apartment, and supermarkets and restaurants as well. David met us at the apartment and explained everything well - there is also a very thorough booklet with info on the apartment.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, and is extremely comfortably furnished, with a wonderful couch to crash on at the end of the day, and cozy linens. The 3 bathrooms with a combo of toilets/showers/tubs made it easy for our family of 4 to get ready. We also made use of one of the larger bathrooms to put the laundry drying rack in, and everything dried within a day.
Those who are light sleepers should be aware that the apartment is located on the corner of a major street, so if the windows to the grey bedroom are left open, there will be street noise starting at ~6:30am (the other two bedrooms open onto an interior court). However, the window construction is amazing - with the windows closed, we didn't hear a peep.
In addition to walking us through the apartment, David provided several additional niceties such as tea, coffee, drinks, and snacks, as well as electrical adapters. These were much appreciated and enhanced our stay.
Spacious and Convenient - Eiffel Tower view!
Spacious apartment in a convenient location. Advertised as a 2 bedroom but it is really 3?with the study which has a comfortable pull out couch. David gave us a thorough overview of how to use every thing. It was our second stay and we enjoyed the visit again this time. Only drawback is the air conditioning. It is a single portable unit that needs an open window to vent and neighbors complained it was too noisy when we tried to use it on a very hot night so we had to turn it off.
Great location, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable appartment
The appartment is conveniently located with a Metro station a block away. The brasserie opposite of the front door had excellent service and dinners. The bakery and grocery stores are within 25 meters.
The couch in the living room was very comfy and a great place to relax at the end of the day.
Overall we were very happy and would love to come back here.
Location - location - location
The property was lovely in a delightful neighborhood. Working with David to get settled in was a treat - he was courteous, polite, a wealth of information. The furnishings were better than expected when you come from the US to France. And, coffee is never as good as home but they were kind to furnish lots of coffee, tea and other treats. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
They had just changed the 3rd bedroom to a TV room with a futon. The futon was uncomfortable for an adult and we spent some nights sleeping on the living room sectional - not ideal but workable.
A wonderful place to Holiday in Paris. David was an exceptional host. He arranged for travel to and from the apartment (from airport and train station). The apartment is exactly as described in the advertising and is located a short walk from the Eifle Tower. There are many small shops and wine stores near by. The apartment is appointed with care and you will find it most accommodating beyond your expectations!
