TV's in most bedrooms and living room, 2 DVD/VCR's, wireless internet. ** Minimum age for renters is 25. We cater to families.

As new owners of this property, we have been vacationing in OC, NJ our entire lives. Ocean City is a safe, clean, family oriented Summer (Fall and Spring too!) beach resort.We take pride in ownership of our shore property and are dedicated to providing a clean, modern vacation home for our guests with all the amenities you'd enjoy in your own primary residence.

Why Chris Johnson chose Ocean City

This property is in the PERFECT location. Not too far from the beach and boardwalk (5 1/2 short blocks), close to the bay (3 blocks), close to convenience stores, banks, drug stores, food market, downtown shopping and only a couple blocks from the 9th street bridge to Somers Point shopping and dining.

What makes this condo unique

What made us choose this unit was the fact that it is up to date with new kitchen with all the amenities from home. Newer siding, windows, Central A/C, heat, large front deck with awning, rear deck with awning, large central 'gathering' room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, large bedrooms, 2 full baths, covered entry stairs and off street parking for 3 cars. All of this and a short walk to the 12th Street beach and boardwalk. Also, for those who love to bike while on vacation, the property is right on the 'official' North/South OC bike path (Haven Ave). We are directly behind the WaWa on West, 1 block to Rite Aid, 2 blocks to Dunkin Doughnuts and 3 blocks to downtown shopping.

Our seashore home is located at 1239 Haven Ave (5 1/2 short blocks to the beach/boardwalk), in a peaceful, family neighborhood, centrally located and a short walk to the 12th St. beach and boardwalk. The property is right on the 'official' North/South OC bike path (Haven Ave). Downtown shopping is also only a couple blocks away. We are 3 blocks South of the new 9th Street bridge that is the gateway into Ocean City.

I was floored with how beautiful and clean the rental was. There was plenty of space and it was in a prime location for the beach and boardwalk. The convenience of Wawa and the outstanding food at Piccini's was a plus. I had a number of teenage fisherman with me so having Finatics down the street was an added bonus. The rental was priced nice and the atmosphere makes it the ideal Ocean City Rental. I would definately rent from Chris and Donna gain next season.

haven avenue condo

We had a fabulous time at this spotless condo. the unit is just as pictured-immaculate and well appointed. We really enjoyed the rear covered balcony. It is an easy and quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. If we do return to Ocean City next summer, we will definitely try to rent this condo. Thank you to the owners for all their efforts!

Great Vacation Great Location Great Home

Chris and Donna were excellent to work with. Their home was warm, inviting and most of all, spotless! Location was fantastic. Easy walk to beach and boards! My children and I loved this home and its amenities. We vacation in OC every year and this was absolutely the most wonderful of all stays. I will definitely rent from Chris and Donna again.

Great Place!

This place was well-maintained and clean; perfect for our group of adults, teens, and a toddler. Location was good (6 blocks from beach) and very close to Rite Aid, Super Fresh, and Wawa. Good value for the price! We would stay here again!

Better than Expected, A Great Spot for Our Family

Unit was better than expected. Very roomy living space and comfortable sleeping accomodations.

Owners were very gracious and responded to pre-vacation inquiries promptly and honestly.

The location is very convenient. With the Wawa literally across the street and a nice variety of restaurants within a 10-minute walk, there were plenty of options during mealtime. The boardwalk and beach were less than a 10-minute walk away as well.

The owner provides a chain lock for bicycles as well as bicycle storage underneath the front porch. A very nice bonus for families with bikes.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen had a nice variety of amenities (pots / pans / dishes / utensils / etc...).

I definitely recommend this property and we've already made our reservation for next year.

During our stay, our family enjoyed meals from Voltaco's (Italian) and Cinco de Mayo (Mexican). Along with the mandatory Wawa excursions... :)

Would Definitely Return

This Ocean City beach home is clean, comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the front porch for breakfast and dinner. The home was well equiped with everything we needed. It's location was great -- Located right near WAWA, Piccini's, Rite Aid, and Dunkin Donuts with an easy walk to the beach/broadwalk. Chris and Donna were wonderful to "work" with. We would definitely return.

Refundable damage deposit $250

Payment terms (Summer rentals): $200. deposit. with signing of lease, balance of 50% of rental due 6 months out from lease check in date. Then final 50% of rental PLUS $250. refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to lease check in date.
Winter rentals - 1st and last month rent plus $750. security depo. Winter tenant pays ALL utilities (puts them all in their name except for water/sewer which is split with co-owner/lower unit).
