About Jennifer Lewis
My husband David and I bought 5 acres of this beautiful property and built Out of Bounds Trail Condo. We lived there for 4 years until our family doubled in size with the birth of our twin boys. We needed more space so we built the main house in 2010 where we all currently reside. We love the serenity, wildlife and peacefulness living out in the woods and we hope you will find it as special as we do.
Jennifer Lewis purchased this Condo in 2006
Why Jennifer Lewis chose Whitefish
We bought this property because we wanted acreage and liked the idea of more wildlife than people around. We also like the quick access to town and Glacier Park and lots of hiking trails right out the door.
What makes this Condo unique
We fell in love with Out of Bound Trail Condo because you feel like you are living in the tree tops. There are lots of windows looking out at mountains and tree tops. It is especially beautiful in winter when all the trees are laced with snow.

Nice little place
We enjoyed our stay and everything worked out well for our family of 5. We used it mostly as a place to lay our heads and night and didn’t spend a lot of time at the unit. It was a little ways out there but we knew that when we booked it.
The property is very well kept. The bottle of wine was an unexpected touch. Even though owner is super close , we never once felt she was intrusive. If looking for a great place to stay in the Whitefish/Glacier area, this place is highly recommended.
Nice cabin surrounded by nature
We had a good stay.
Overall lights could be improved.
Blackout curtains would really help before sunset, as the sun makes the living room virtually unusable by the glaring sun.
Quiet and peaceful
A beautiful place just outside of town tucked away in the woods. We loved the peaceful feel of the facility while the kids absolutely loved sleeping in the loft. Overall, had everything you needed including some wildlife.
Adorable condo in the woods
We loved staying at this condo just outside of Whitefish. Everything was super clean and well equipped (wine!, charcoal, detergent, bear spray, etc.). The drive into town was easy and we saw a bear cross the highway right in front of us one day. Our family of four was very cozy in this rental!
Good value. Quiet trail with trailhead about a mile down the road. Out-of-town but close enough.
Whitefish is a beautiful resort town with an endless supply of activities. Out house is nestled in the woods with lots of opportunity for wildlife viewing. There is Stillwater lake 2 miles away, a nature trail you can walk to and the quaint town of Whitefish just 10 miles away.
