The screened porch has comfortable wicker chairs to enjoy the scenery and a second soaring stone fireplace. A table and chairs for dining are on the open deck, along with two Adirondack chairs sited perfectly to take in the magnificent surroundings. All furniture was selected specifically for this home with the beds and several tables custom designed and built for the home. Every room in the house, including the kitchen, is equipped with a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been enlarged and completely renovated with Thermador appliances and a new laundry room has been installed. The two first floor full bathrooms have been completely remodeled, while the powder room and two full upstairs bathrooms have new counters, faucets, lighting, and mirrors. The beach is an easy walk from the house, and a new enclosed outdoor shower is available for use after the beach. From the back of the home, expansive views of Bass Creek winding in and out of green and golden marsh savannas provide endless enjoyment for all ages, while a community crab dock offers a perfect spot for fishing and crabbing. Several nearby ponds make fishing a convenient pleasure.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the ESPM Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, ESPM will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
