About the property

Our 3BR/3.5BA ocean side condominium is located in Tower 3 on the 14th floor. Our corner western orientation provides spectacular panoramic water views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound along with beautiful sunsets.

The kitchen features European style cabinets and granite countertops with built-in appliances including a convection oven with ceramic cook-top, and built-in refrigerator with cabinet panels. There is a full complement of kitchenware for all of your cooking needs.

The dining area features a granite bar . The 72' round table with eight custom upholstered dining chairs and 3 upholstered bar stools provides for great conversation between you and your guests while dining.

The spacious master suite provides plenty of room for the king sized bed and large armoire. There is an oversized walk-in closet and dressing area. Dual floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular gulf views and a glass door leads to the balcony. The master bath features a separate walk-in shower with glass doors and designer ceramic tile, as well as a oversized tub with whirlpool feature. Double vanities are complimented with granite counter tops.

The large second bedroom features a king sized bed, a large closet and private full bath. Dual floor to ceiling windows provide gorgeous views of Santa Rosa Sound, Range Point, and Portofino's five hydro-clay tennis courts.

The third bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed. There is a large armoire, a walk-in closet and a full private bath. Floor to ceiling windows provide views of Santa Rosa Sound and Range Point. The double glass sliding door allows entry onto the 472 s.f. wrap around balcony.

The large living area has plenty of seating with its overstuffed custom upholstered furniture. There is 42” plasma T.V. and a Bose 3-n-1 sound system. There is a queen sleeper in the sofa should you need additional sleeping room. Floor to ceiling windows span the room looking out to the balcony, Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. .

The balcony, which wraps around the living area from the gulf to the bay, features tempered glass railings that allow unobstructed views throughout the residence. There is also a built-in electric grill. A large table with comfortable seating is available for dining and there are additional chairs along the balcony.

For your privacy, we offer window treatments in all of our rooms. and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs with streaming capabilities. There are also DVD players in bedrooms and a CD/DVD player in the Living Room. We also have books, cds, videos and games. In addition to Portofino's open WiFi, we have our own wireless router.

The Mighty Oriskany

The retired aircraft carrier Oriskany (1945-1976) was successfully reefed on May 17, 2006, approximately 24 miles southeast of Pensacola Pass to become the world's largest artificial reef! At 911 feet in length, the 'Mighty O' is an exceptional destination for divers and will soon become a hot spot giving anglers the opportunity to reel in popular game fish such as grouper, snapper and amberjack.

EOD divers confirmed that the ship is sitting upright in the north-south orientation. Her island can be approached at 67 feet in emerald-clear water where visibility averages 80 to 150 feet. From the island divers can scan the seemingly endless flight deck sitting at 137 feet, a depth considered a technical dive. CNN dubbed The Mighty Oriskany the 'Great Carrier Reef.'

Refundable damage deposit $500

Rates are subject to change. We rent Saturday to Saturday June through August. 7 nights at stated rate plus 11.5% tax, and a refundable $500.00 damage deposit. We invoice thru PayPal. Guests pay any credit card service fees charged by PayPal. Owner pays all amenity fees and departure clean.
Owner collects 11.5% tax from Guest directly. Guests will remit tax to Owner when property is booked.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
