The 1928 Tudor is a charming reminder of simpler times with all the conveniences of today. It has 3BR, 2BA and a covered patio in the historic East Hill neighborhood. Close to everything!

It is next Door to our 2012 Loft Townhouse 2BR, 2BA, (HomeAway or VRBO #457470) that sleeps maximum six in beds with a blow-up mattress to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements, plus infant in pack & play crib. Reserve both places for your large group, both places sleep up to 14 total plus 2 infants in cribs.

Make yourself at home in this charming, updated 1928 brick Tudor home. It is a spacious 1750 sq ft home which has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.The home is perfectly situated for EZ access to all Pensacola area attractions. Only 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach, the main beach and pier which is near the 'Beach Ball' water tower. Ten minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Meritime Park and Blue Wahoos Stadium. Just 20 minutes to the front gate of the Pensacola Naval Air Station, Pensacola's International Airport and the Cordova Mall..

The 1928 style Tudor in the quiet, historic East Hill neighborhood has a charming ambiance with hardwood floors and tile in kitchen and 3rd bedroom, 9 foot ceilings, graceful archways, arched niches, French doors and a gas fireplace in the living room. It is actually the house of seven gables with a large front porch plus a side covered patio. If you listen carefully, you may hear the distant whistle of the train that goes through town a few times a day.

The kitchen was remodeled in 2006 and is fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and a full size washer/dryer in utility area.

The master bedroom has luxurious adjoining bath that was added in 2009 and boasts cherry cabinets, marble counter top and luxurious oversized whirlpool tub. The maximum number of guests is eight plus an infant or toddler in the crib. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 32 inch HD TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and 24 inch HDTV. Third bedroom has a queen size bed plus a daybed with trundle (two twin beds) with a 22 inch HDTV not hooked to DirecTV but is for movies and games.

We know you are not here just to watch TV but the living room also has a 42 inch HDTV. That's four TV's throughout the home and wireless internet service is provided.

Outdoors there are many flowering trees and bushes with something flowering almost year round. The covered patio on the side of the home has a view of the park across the street, a pub height table and 4 chairs as well as a lounger and chair with foot stool. A charcoal BBQ grill is available.

There is off street parking for up to five cars available and ample on street parking. If needed, we can arrange to have a boat or possible even an RV park on the large driveway which is shared with our property next door, The 2012 Loft Townhouse #457470.

Beautiful historical hole . Extremely comfortable. Nice size home as well . Ten minutes from the beach depending on traffic and ten minutes at most to shopping mall . It is a very convenient location for visitors and a great neighborhood.

My friends and I were down there for the memorial day weekend Margaret the owner of the home was very helpful answer her calls all the time one questions I need it home was neat clean and the home was in a great location for everything we wanted to do

Great place

We loved this house. Great place to stay, we didn't need to purchase anything besides food and drink. Very quiet neighborhood with a park directly across the the front street for children to play. Close to downtown and about a 10 minute drive to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again.

Owner's Response: Since you were stationed at Whiting Field in the 80's I know you enjoyed returning to your "old stomping grounds." Planning for a 2018 Reunion. Please keep both The 1928 Tudor and the 2012 Loft Townhouse next door. Together they sleep 14.

Staying at Aunt Bee's.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The location is very handy to downtown and beaches. New grocery store very close.

Sit on the front patio and watch kids play in the park, bicycle clubs flying past, and even an old-fashioned ice cream truck.

Only drawback is tricky floor lintels on front and back doors, and awkward steps out the back door. Might be uncomfortable do to my age...I'm older than Aunt Bee herself!

Perfect location

The 1928 Tudor could not have been in a better location for my family. East Hill is close to downtown and all the unique restaurants shops. You can be at the beach in 12 minutes and there is a park 100 yards outside your front door. Margaret ensured we had everything we needed and was willing to come and assist with any issues we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in experiencing all that downtown Pensacola has to offer and wants to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Welcome to the charming 1928 Brown Brick Tudor. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home Pensacola's East Hill neighborhood. Being here you can reflect on a distant time when the pace of life was slower, more tranquil. Hearing the faint distant train whistle as it passes through town a few times per day, and the birds happily chirping all around is calming and a real treat. Enjoy the many flowering trees and plants on the property no matter what time of year you visit. Pensacola's seasons offer something beautiful to see year round. We decorate for the holidays so it is festive when you visit during a holiday.

We offer a k-cup coffee service with supplies and a regular coffee pot for larger needs.

This East Hill home is perfectly located to enjoy all the region has to offer. You are only 15 minutes from the home to being on the white sugar sands of Pensacola Beach (where the big beach ball water tower is located). Only 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Maritime Park on the water. Interested in visiting the Naval Air Station? That will be a short 20 minute drive to the front gate.

Or just relax and enjoy the tranquil home and neighborhood. Right across the street is a large city block square passive park with wonderful playground equipment for the children and a gazebo. You can relax on the covered breezeway with the Tiki bar and watch the kids playing in the park across the street.

The cultural events, festivals and celebrations for various holidays are ample and exciting year round in the Pensacola area. Coming to visit loved ones in the military, have a reunion, prepare for those special events like weddings or graduations in the Pensacola area? SORRY, NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. On the day of arrival call Margaret's cell 850-512-7048 to give ETA (estimated time of arrival) so she can meet to give keys and answer any questions.

Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of people that have reserved property and shall not exceed 8 people unless there is an infant that can sleep in Pack & Play which we can provide, if requested.

The maximum number of guests in the property is limited to eight due to size of the property, the number of beds, etc. The rental rate depends on the number of guests to a certain extent. All children are to be counted as guests. When booking, guests that misrepresent the number of guests that will be residing in the property will be subject to forfeiture of their security deposit for that reason. Also, if the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed, the guests will be subject to eviction.

If rental is due to military orders in Pensacola, provide copy of your orders and the taxes are waived.

Please make sure you take all your personal items. If you want me to ship items to you there is a $20 fee plus postage and packing costs.
