All Seasons is the most convenient location in Park City, and this condo is the builder's unit on the top floor with a sweeping balcony that overlooks the Park City golf course (cross country ski trail in winter), and the ski slopes at Park City Ski Resort. The views are fabulous through windows extending the length of the unit.

Walk out the front door and ride the free Park City bus service from the covered bus stop beside the condominium driveway. Park City Ski slopes are just two blocks up the hill, with easy short ride connections to Deer Valley and the Canyons. - At the end of a great ski day, relax in our heated pool with Jacuzzi jets.

Across the street is Cole Sports and Jans; within easy walking distance is the main grocery store, drug store, several restaurants and Starbucks.

This condo has a fully appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large dining room area to accommodate up to eight persons. Gather in the family room in front of the fire place and tell stories of the day, watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, or watch night skiing from the wall of windows.

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and a jetted tub in the bathroom. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen with twin bunk bed in the third. Each room has it’s own full bath. All rooms have TVs.

If you have a car which is really not necessary, All Seasons has a heated garage with elevator to all floors.

About Sandy Williamson

I live in Massachusetts. My co-owner, George, lives in San Antonio. We have been friends for years. Nothing compares to skiing in Utah with it's 'Champagne Powder'. I lived in Breckenridge for a season and George and my visiting friends always got a touch of altitude sickness. We found Park City, at only 6800', and everyone was far more comfortable. I am an avid skier and use my condo once a month during ski season. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

It's the location! Do you want to be in a rental out by the freeway and deal with the traffic each day coming into town? Or would you rather walk to get groceries or go skiing and not even deal with a car? Or jump on a shuttle to go to the Canyons or Deer Valley? We looked at lots of real estate and this location has it all.

What makes this condo unique

We love the jetted and heated pool in the winter after skiing. In the summer, there is outdoor grilling and lounging by the pool. We think having a condo that is all on one level is a benefit to all ages. The large deck is a fabulous extension of the indoor living, dining and kitchen areas connected by a wall of sliding glass doors. Our southern exposure is best when that hot western sun is getting low in the sky. It is very comfortable to be outside on the deck for cocktail time. These are a few of many benefits of our property.

Christmas in Park City

What an awesome place!!! We had Christmas with family there. The Condo had everything you need. Plenty of bedding and all you need in the kitchen for a complete Christmas dinner. We stayed in number 301. It was on the end, third floor, huge balcony looking right out at the ski lodge and chair lifts. All you have to do is walk out the lobby door, up the driveway and there's the shuttle for downtown, or the ski resorts. We can't wait to come back and utilize the golf course it sits on!!!

Perfect place for our large group!

Everything about our rental was perfect. The condo was very spacious and felt like home. Location was great, bus stop to mountain and downtown literally just outside the condo building. Hot pool and fireplace was great to relax after long days of skiing. Would definitely come back if we make it back out to PC in the future.

Perfect for our group of 7 for a long weekend skiing in Park City. Cozy living room, updated kitchen, and 5 minute walk to the slopes! Sandy was very accommodating and a great host!

Warm and comfortable

My family very much enjoyed staying here. Last year we were in a different unit and loved the location, but this years unit was very warm and comfortable. There was plenty of space, and was stocked with everything you needed. It was nice to see there were some spices and olive oil and we helped add to their stock. I am already planning on coming back.

Great location

This condo worked very well for my husband, myself, our daughter and grandson. With three bedrooms and bathrooms we had plenty of space. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The locations was great for skiing with bus access right outside the front entrance. It was quiet and had a nice view of the mountain. The whole complex is older and showing a little wear but is in decent shape. Our only issue was poor wi-if which was very frustrating at times. We would rent it again, though, as it was very good overall.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. In response to the internet service, there was much discussion at our annual HOA meeting in February about this issue during peak usage times. Our HOA board is currently researching an upgrade to our older system. I look forward to speedier service myself. We would love to have you back next season.
